A wee gem of a restuarant, great halal budget friendly option. You can see the food at the counter and pictures above and choose what you want. As a few reviewers have already mentioned, the price is not listed with the food. Easy solution is to just ask how much for each or total in the end when ordering. A few reviewers also mentioned the food is too espensive, I strongly disagree. The food is very reasonably priced given the service, ambience and portions of food. They have a separate family area which is great if you are travelling with a group of women/ family. A reviewer also complained about being given bread when he didnt order it. Thats because they give free bread, salad and water with the meal. Probably because all staff doesnt speak english, there might have been a communication barrier. In which case speak to the guy at the reception, his English was perfectly fine. Now to the food. 5 stars all the way! I ordered the eggplant dish (Please note that this is not a vegetarian dish, it has beef), meat stew and some plain rice. Portions were decent and this much food was enough for two. Total came to 15 euros. The eggplant dish had a very nice umami and tangy flavour. The beef stew was warming and the meat fell off the bone! We visited Sara Kurdish Restaurant as a group of 9 people, coming from Germany as a Turkish family. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The restaurant is spacious, has two floors, and the ambiance is very cozy and welcoming. The air conditioning and overall cleanliness added to our comfort.

The food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a wide variety of dishes: kuru fasulye (white beans), okra stew, moussaka, fresh salads, juicy kebabs, and both chicken and beef biryani. The stews were rich and flavorful, and each dish was prepared with care and authenticity. You can truly taste the love and tradition behind the cooking.
