This is review about failed stay. I had a made in advance, prepaied and approved booking in these apartments. In 20 minutes before check in time I have received notification from booking service that my staying is not possible. As compensation they offered me overnight in hotel with not good customer reviews located in not safety city district, occupied with homeless people and addicted peoples. After my refusal and asking for other options they just stopped to answer me. At the end I was forced to find new hotel by myself. I wasted 2 hours of my time and 100 euro more as it is difficult to find new place immediately.||It is clear that accident situations are possible. But the way how apartments customer service solve it is very bad. I even do not know will my prepayment will be turned...

I stayed in this beautiful complex a couple of nights during the snowstorm that recently hit Athens.(23.02-24.02).||The suites are perfect situated just outside metro station,well decorated,bed is very comfortable and there is also a Nespresso machine for the first coffee of the day.||Shower is modern and very well equipped.||The owners were very very helpful and even suggested to me to stay free one more night if i needed it because of the situation that was caused from this terrible snowstorm.||Thanks a lot for the wonderful...
