The owner, Kostas, is fantastic! He’s not only super friendly but also eager to share his knowledge of Greek culture and history. He’s always ready with great recommendations for local lunch/dining spots and hidden gems around the city. Whether you’re a tourist or a local, this place is a must-visit!

He is the most genuine and caring individual. He gave us directions to another shop when he did not carry what we were initially looking for.

We then returned the next day to buy souvenirs and he was over the moon and happy to help. Our 7 year old daughter proceeded to pick out various items as souvenirs and he was energetic and so kind to her as she picked her items.

We offered him more than what he had asked and he gave her a bracelet as a gift. Literally the best human ever, such a nice guy. We could go on and on about him!

Visited The Greek Thing everyday!!! We stayed next door to this shop at the Wyndham Grande Hotel. The owner of the shop was very friendly helpful and is well informed Gifts are very reasonably priced he was not pushy to make us buy although we bought lots of souvenirs! He was helpful in suggesting local restaurants to eat at and he was right! Great suggestions He even knew where to eat the best falafel!!! At falafel fellas!!! We did go and we were very impressed ! We miss talking to this great man!...
