Fetsis Apartments — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

I stayed at fetsis apartments from 7 to 21 august of 2016.||I confirm that the position is very good since the apartment is at agios nikitas beach.||For the rest I was really disappointed...||The apartment was old furnished and the bathroom really small. ||There were everywhere cats (two were of the owners and other unknown... that were doing their needs in the yard of the apartments!) My apartment was in the first floor and I did not fell the smell all the time! ||I booked the apartment since April (after a lot of mail and arrangements with the owner who assured me for a large discount ''because I was greek and because I was going with my family'') and when I arrived there all the other tourists at the other apartments were paying less than me!! ||Finally, I had a problem with my ferry and I had to stay one more night, so I asked a discount since it was the end of august and I already stayed two weeks, but they refused!! So I left, and found another accomodation, but wasn't expecting...

Non sapendo da dove iniziare, comincio col dire di aver fatto una prenotazione diversi mesi prima.Dopo insistenti sollecitazioni da parte della proprietaria a pagare subito(marzo/aprile)perché stavano finendo gli appartamenti, confermiamo il periodo(ben 16 giorni di agosto)ad un prezzo superiore alla media(130 euro a notte)e paghiamo una cospicua caparra (a fiducia perché extrabooking).|Arrivati a destinazione, e dopo innumerevoli viaggi a piedi per scaricare la macchina(il punto più vicino per parcheggiare dista 300/400 metri a piedi),ci troviamo la bella sorpresa dell'assegnazione di un appartamento al piano superiore(quindi non con giardinetto),quando a voce al telefono abbiamo concordato più volte questo dettaglio,ma la proprietaria, furbescamente a dir poco,mi continuava a dire che non c'era traccia via mail di questa prenotazione del piano terra(SENZA PAROLE)!!Da lì parte un diverbio che purtroppo non conduce da nessuna parte;quindi saliamo a vedere questo appartamento,spacciato su internet con 2 stanze separate,e scopriamo avere una stanza delle dimensioni minuscole (circa 6 mq)con 2 letti singoli e un piccolissimo armadietto.Bagno davvero vecchio e piccolo con doccia chiusa da una tenda,e camera da letto/soggiorno molto spartana e di passaggio per andare sull'unità cosa bella della casa:una veranda.panoramica sul mare.cucinotto inesistente,dotato di lavandino e piastre vecchie per cucinare.|Lo spazio esterno in comune ha delle sedie sdraio e qualche tavolino di plastica, il tutto sulla ghiaia dove spessissimo si trovano i gatti(randagi o della proprietaria).|Non si sente di stare a casa perché la proprietaria è sempre presente e controlla tutto,bisogna finanche chiedere il permesso di invitare amici a cena.|Ciliegina sulla torta:conosciamo i nostri vicini di appartamento che hanno prenotato a fine luglio pagando 100 euro al giorno!!!( noi ne abbiamo pagati 130 ad aprile),lo faccio presente alla proprietaria che mi risponde che questa coppia ha 2 bambini e non sono 4 adulti come eravamo noi(ma tu mi affitti l'appartamento mica i posti letto?!?!?)....|Concludo dicendo che la struttura è bella solo per la posizione ma dovrebbe essere sanificata e restaurata, soprattutto per chiedere certe cifre.io amo la Grecia e soprattutto Lefka(3 anno di fila)e i prezzi e la gente sono ben diversi.|Comunque vorrei ricordare alla signora che vengo da Bologna(e non da altri paesi che ha citato in altre recensioni i. Maniera mendacea, e che nessuno ha mai insultato nessuno,ma essere accolti in quel modo,porta tanta amarezza,soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio e con la stanchezza addosso)|Sconsigliatissimo!!!c'è molto di meglio a prezzi...

Perfect located 30-40 meters from the beach. The appartment is appr. 30 sqare meters and contains large living/bed room, extra bed room for two, small kitchen and bath room. The shower is very small, but you get used to it. Maiden service every day and change of towels as needed. We stayed at the first floor(not ground floor) - there are only two floors. Butiful view of the beach and sea. Good spaced terrace where you can enjoy all your meals if prefered. You are really paying for the location as there are other facilities at lower price, but the further away from the beach and smaller.We missed laundry facilities as we stayed 3 weeks - most people stay shorter.||The appartment has rustic furniture so do not expect a fancy modern place. The owner, Kiki takes very good care of you and help arrange what ever you might need like taxi transport from...
