We stayed here in August 2025, lovely!
Very easy and relaxing. The patio offers a nice view of Nea Chora beach, a quick flight of stairs to the sand and brief walk to cafes and restaurants.
The outdoor spa pool was refreshing after a days worth of walk about in old town. (perhaps 30-40 min walk) The natural beach to the west is a quick walk and peaceful. Nea Chora was busier and worth daily cabana rentals.
Beds were comfortable and AC very responsive after leaving it off while we were away during the day. Sliding doors open to create an open flow and breeze.
There is a laundry machine inside and clothes line on the patio. Kitchen has the basics you need to enjoy some meals at home, but the restaurants nearby are wonderful. Coffee maker uses pads, which I was unfamiliar with, but easily found in the larger grocery.
A small grocery sits at the end of the block with necessities from liquor and snacks to fruit and soap. if you've rented a car, there is ample parking on the street.

Big, spacious apartment with amazing view of the sea. We were aware of the unfinished building on the other side of the street but we did not mind. I prefer it even better than neighbors peeping trough the windows 😀
Perfect location - on quiet street, close to few beaches - the more crowdy ones near the boulevard and more quiet ones on the left side of property. You can quickly go to swim in the morning and come back for breakfast. 15 min walk to the center of Chania, 2 min to the well stocked grocery store, 5 min to the restaurants on the boulevard. Check in is at 3pm but we were earlier (12) and there was no problem with early check-in.
3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. One bedroom doesn't have air-conditioning. A/C was working every well, and there were roller shutters on the windows too. In the bedroom facing the see you can sleep listening to the sound of waves.
