Nefeli Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

Our stay at Nefeli Hotel wasn't as expected...thankfully I didn't book more than 3 night's. The internet connection was so bad that i couldn't even finish my work that requires half a day of work using just a browser in 3 days of stay...We couldn't even have a cold water on our nights since the little fridge didn't work in 34 degrees of weather...so we had to drink warm water or go buy from outside everytime in the middle of the night. The cleaning service knocked our door to clean our room, but they didn't even give me the time to answer the door, they just opened it and came straight in, I was half naked and my wife thankfully was on the bathroom already. The young man in the reception with the ear piercing needs training since he didn't even say nothing after we checked out, not even a "thank you for your stay" or just a "bye" he just looked at us and said, "ok I don't need anything else from you, you can go" I never had a worst experience staying at a hotel. I don't recommend...

The hotel is extremely well situated just two blocks from the gates of busy Old Town. No problem from the traffic of noise. Staff is friendly and helpful, they have a "can do" -attitude. Plentiful breakfast was included in room price. The beds are good and I slept well. The room style was a bit dated, but it was clean, neat and had everything necessesary, also a small fridge. The bed was very good. Bathroom had a shower, quite small but worked well. The balcony was nice to sit and look at the city life. In all the hotel was well taken care of. I stayed in Nefeli for one night and the stay exceeded my expectations. Solo trip. Can easily recommend this hotel,...

Excellent breakfast! Good location, within a walking distance from the Venetian harbour and shopping alleys. There’s a bus station and a supermarket very close. Rooms had a kettle for making coffee and tea and a well stacked affordable minibar. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. ||Rooms were clean, personally I think it’s unnecessary to change new towels every day and could go with same sheets for four nights but they changed them, too. ||One minus: the day before last the cleaner had added an extra green can to my minibar as if it’d been missing and as I was leaving they charged me for it even I hadn’t drank it. Not a big feel...
