Two of us spent five lovely nights at the Belvedere May 8 to May 13, 2025. We booked a Grand Sea View room but was pleasantly surprised with an update to a one-bedroom Suite. The cost was $2,030 Euros. The price seemed to be at the upper end for rooms in early to Mid-May but was worth the expense. The room was a good size with a separate bedroom, living area, spacious bathroom, and a deck facing the sea and the gorgeous sunsets. The well-proportioned bedroom had a comfortable bed made with nice linens, side tables, and counter space and French doors that opened to the side of the building. The living area had a day bed that afforded a place to sit and chat or to get ready for the day without being on top of each other. There were two closets that allowed storage for two people and room to put luggage without it being in the way. There was a well-stocked mini-fridge and bottles of gin, vodka, and whiskey along with wine and cocktail glasses. There was an espresso machine with pods. The deck had a table and two chairs and a clear view for sunsets. The grounds were lovely with a gorgeous swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs and towels. The bar was open in the afternoon and evening to have a cocktail while lounging at the pool. We did not eat at the restaurant other than breakfast. The European breakfast which was included in the room rate had a nice assortment of meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruit and pastries along with some hot foods. The wait staff were anxious to accommodate any form of coffee requests. The staff were professional, pleasant and helpful before and during our visit. I arranged transfer to the hotel from the airport and from the hotel to the port for the ferry for $40 each way by emailing the concierge in advance. The reply was timely and helpful. The concierge staff onsite were friendly, approachable and welcoming. This was my first trip to Mykonos, and I found that many other hotel websites I visited were not as helpful as the Belvedere’s. I found every description to be accurate. I highly recommend the Belvedere for a stay in Mykonos.

Nice on the surface with a nice pool, but a few issues at this place. Number one, they nickel and dime you (at top dollar) for every little thing. I think a red bull in the mini fridge was like 12 euro. It's like a slap in the face considering this place is not cheap to begin with. The breakfast is also advertised as being included but if you don't select the trivially complicated option in the booking, then it's also top dollar. Chilling at the pool was mostly great, but again, why do I need to pay $21 for a mixed drink? We're from NYC it's not like we're not used to premium pricing, but it's over the top... It's not like the restaurant was packed. We were the only ones in there. I wonder why... We had some cleanliness issues in the room as well but not considering that in my star rating because they were very happy to allow us to change rooms because of it. Thank you for that.

Booked through Hotels.com. Overall the hotel is really nice. The wait staff are exceptional and the room service is excellent. The reason I’m giving it 2 stars is halfway into our stay they started doing heavy construction right below our window/balcony. They were tearing up the sidewalk and jack hammering. They did not give us notice and didn’t even say anything like it was no big deal. Hardly a “5 star” hotel. The noise was extremely loud and unpleasant. Not very relaxing. One other thing I wouldn’t recommend is using their 40 euro hotel airport transfer - it’s a 5 min drive to the airport… As for the drink prices everyone is posting. Yes it’s true they charge an egregious amount for cocktails. Pro Tip - AB supermarket is a 4 min walk down the hill, they have normal priced beer and liquor there. We just bought groceries there and made our own stuff.

When you book a Leading Hotel of the World property you expect high standards. This isn’t it. I hate to leave a review like this but I would want to know all of this ahead of booking this hotel. |We stayed in the Hilltop suites, about 250 meters from the main hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean and large so that’s why we booked this area.l and not the main hotel. We were told that it’s an easy walk to the main hotel and easy to get between the two areas to use the pool and the restaurants. That is not the case. They do have drivers but you do have to wait around for them. They made it seem like it was so easy to get around the property. Also, they really want/prefer for the hilltop guests to use the amenities that are in the hilltop area. But the problem with that is the pool they provide is super small, no bar tender on duty and no views. If you lie on a sun bed at this small pool your view is of a giant shrub, |So the main pool area - there are minimal day beds - and its first come first serve, even for non-hotel guests. We weren’t able to sit at the pool because of this. Also it’s just got a great pool. It’s small, and everything feels on top of each other. Instead of lying at their pool I highly recommend booking beach clubs and don’t even waste your time at the pool. |Also, once you leave - if you have questions about your bill - they do not reply to your emails or calls. The operation here is truly to get your money and that’s it. |I will say Alex was such a lovely driver and Marianna was amazing as well at concierge. Christina also at the hilltop upgraded our room which was much appreciated. |But honestly. This should nkt be a LHW property and absolutely is not 5 star. It’s a...

Save your time and money and do not stay at this hotel.||We stayed during the last weekend before the hotel closed for the weekend, and it was very obvious. The staff was cold and not accommodating. They were in shutting down process, and they were not shy about making that known. The pool area was being closed off the last day we were there. I felt unwelcome and like we were intruding.||We booked a room with a jacuzzi and found the first night that the jacuzzi was not working/was not getting warm. We called hotel staff who said they would need to look into it the next day. We didn’t hear from anyone the next day and had to follow up in the early evening, which is when they informed us the jacuzzi could not be fixed and we would need to move to another room. They were not apologetic and instead acted like it was a nuisance. ||We moved to another room and asked to be compensated for not being able to use the jacuzzi we paid for the night before. The woman said she would need to check with management, but did not sound assuring. The next evening, someone called at 5:15 saying they could offer a complimentary massage at 6:00 (45 minute notice!) We could not manage that on such short notice.||We again mentioned the jacuzzi situation during checkout and asked for a discount on the room for that night. The woman at the front desk made a phone call and then said the hotel would compensate us with 10% off our booking price when we come back next summer. We could not help but laugh at this.||We eventually settled and received 30% off the room for that night, but the entire process left a horrible taste in our mouths. We felt like we were getting hussled from the minute we walked into the hotel. We will...
