Nice hotel on the side of a hill that over looks the bay and beach of Ornos.|Stylish in all white.|Rooms vary in size but in the main all have a sea view or beach and sea view. Clean hotel and rooms are well look after with good showers and toiletries etc.|Pool area is very comfortable, very clean and safe, with a refreshing salt water pool.|Hotel has a Spa and a small fitness suite. Adequate for a weeks stay nothing special or with up to date equipment.|Reception nice clean and furnished.|Staff vary from extremely helpful mainly in the form of the head waiter and one or two bars staff and others. Other waiters and reception staff struggle with language barriers and seem new to the leisure and hospitality industry. |Breakfast very good, other food and drinks over priced.|This is in my humble opinion the hotel lets itself down and gets a four star rating.|Room cleaning is painfully slow and unacceptable that between 2-4pm your room can still be not prepared. Especially for those who have private pool area that they can use in comfort because of this.|During our time here I saw this a lot and fear the staff are lacking in numbers, slow or in need of training.|Reception staff are pleasant but at times in effective too !|Overall a very good decent hotel but to stay in this game in such a location these are the areas for improvement.
