For the last four days I have been looking forward to this review. I can't recall a nicer experience at any hotel anywhere in the world. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Like any other well-run organization it boils down to the staff. These are exceedingly the nicest, kindest, genuine and most caring people at any hospitality establishment anywhere. I know this may sound like a lot of hyperbole but I just do not have enough good adjectives to describe what an amazing experience staying at this hotel was. The room was perfect. The property was immaculate. The breakfast served every morning was beyond anything you will find at any other restaurant claiming to serve a free breakfast. The food was truly next level and amazing. Back to the staff: you can tell when hospitality staff are feigning happiness and care. This is the opposite of that. To a person, every single person we met employed by the property had extremely high morale and went completely out of their way to do anything you ask for. Granted we did not ask for much. We're extremely humbled by the care that was given to us. Again, it is important to point out that you can tell when somebody is putting on a face just to appear happy and make the customer feel comfortable. It comes across as forced. This was natural kindness from employees who took significant pride in their job. The pool deck area was beautiful. The hallways and passageways were immaculate and spotless. The room we stayed in, 308, didn't have the best ocean view but the hotel is so amazing we could care less about the view. We had a very decent view of the pool. Apparently were only the second visit to stay in this remodeled room and it appeared freshly remodeled. Beautifully appointed. There is a rental car agency directly across the street from the hotel which is to say literally 30 feet away from the hotel given that the roads are so small. The beach was a 10-minute walk down the hill. The food in the hotel itself was top-notch, first class and extremely good. I really cannot say a single bad thing about this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any person staying in Mykonos from staying here. I do not know when I will ever return but I am sincerely hope so I will get an opportunity to stay at this property again.

We’ve visited Mykonos four times already, staying in nearly all of the island’s top-tier luxury resorts – of which there are only a select few that truly deserve the label. This time, my colleagues spontaneously booked a one-week stay at the Palladium Hotel. Right from the start, the experience was positive: despite arriving before official check-in time, our room was prepared quickly and flawlessly – a smooth and welcoming arrival. The hotel meets every expectation of a luxury property. The real standout, however, is the breakfast: varied, high quality, and consistently excellent. Rarely have I looked forward to breakfast this much – it genuinely deserves praise. Then came a small misstep – and this is precisely where the hotel set itself apart: the way management handled it. I had ordered a pizza through room service – not exactly a culinary highlight (perhaps not the wisest choice in Greece). Still, I mentioned it during a conversation with the hotel manager Thanos, who had personally asked to be informed of any issues, no matter how minor. What followed was truly impressive: He took the feedback seriously, contacted the executive chef, reviewed internal footage to understand what went wrong, and got the green light from the hotel owner to take further steps. He personally requested that any future room service orders be placed through him – 24/7 – to ensure a flawless experience. This level of service and accountability is something one might expect at Aman Resorts, but is incredibly rare elsewhere. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. Thanos is the kind of manager you’d want to hire into your own company on the spot. Mistakes can happen – what matters is how they are handled. In this case, it was exemplary: not just polite, but thorough, sincere, and clearly aimed at ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Outstanding. I won’t go into details about the impeccable cleanliness, twice-daily housekeeping, or the overall pristine condition of the resort – because at this level, such standards are a given. Conclusion: The Palladium Hotel delivers true hospitality at the highest level, with a management team that sets new standards. Highly recommended.

5 Star experience, from the moment the driver picked us up at the port, we knew that this would be a great place. The hotel had reached out months in advance to get our arrival details and ensure someone would be there to pick us up. The Rooms were renovated, comfortable, great amenities like Korres products & the towels were changed multiple times a day. We had direct access to the pool & it was fantastic. It was spotless every day we came back from the pool, and it smelt very fresh, we appreciated all the efforts from the housekeepers. The staff all go above and beyond, it is hard to name them because they were all incredible. But especially for us, John, Marissa & Sindri made a very strong impression, professional & welcoming consistently checking on our experience. The staff at the breakfast buffet, as well as reception were always ready to assist, big shoutout to management of this place because you are doing things right. The pool was one our favorite spot to hang out, the beds are sooo comfortable, and the service is top notch. The drinks were absolutely delicious, ranging from 8€ for a beer to €25 for a mixed drink. Again, this is very common for Mykonos overall and we had no issues with this price, because they were delicious and always served with a smile. The food was fantastic, we had the Pizza and the Sandwiches a couple times & they were very fresh and tasty. The gym was great, some equipment which was perfect for a quick workout, and I visited early morning and I would be the only one as I imagine not many people rise at 630am to workout, but for me this was very enjoyable, beautiful sunrise views. I dont know what else I can say about this hotel, other than a big thank you for making our engagement celebration so special at this place. I would HIGHLY recommend and hope to visit you in the future.

Fantastic hotel, located 10 minutes from Mykonos town. This hotel is ideally located near Platys Gialos Beach (great for kids) and Psarrou Beach (where the fabulous beach club Nammos is located and the high end luxury shopping area is located). These are all within walking distance. If you have kids, I highly recommend renting a car. The hotel contracts with a car rental agency and the car can be delivered and picked up at the hotel. The parking in the hotel is free. The hotel staff are at the TOP of the customer service we received in Greece. They were HIGHLY ATTENTIVE to all of their hotel guests. Constantly anticipating our needs and offering their help/ assistance for anything. They will sit with you and go over the map and offer their personal restaurant Recommendations based on what your family prefers. They listen. They offer safety tips and advice. They offer their own shuttle (for hire) for those who do not wish to rent a car. This is just the staff in the lobby! The waiters and pool staff were awesome and friendly. My kids (age 10/12) enjoyed chatting with the staff, who remembered their drink preferences and interests. They made my kids feel special and I felt like my kids were well attended to at the pool and throughout the hotel. Now…the breakfast buffet! I challenge you to find a better breakfast buffet in all of Mykonos!!! Any kind of drink you can imagine (with the staff remembering your preferences and setting the drinks down as you arrive). My husband was extremely pleased with his daily omelets while my children got made to order pancakes and waffles with all sorts of toppings and sauces. They had hot foods, cheese and meat selection, traditional Greek cheese and spinach pies, an assortment of different types of Greek honey and nuts. There was a yogurt and parfait bar, fresh OJ that the machine squeezed and an entire dessert selection that I tried to stay away from. The set up was fantastic and was a perfect way to look forward to the start of the day. The room: perfect for families. We picked a suite with a private pool. The suite section is not in the main hotel building and is tucked in a quiet area on the other side of the pool. This suite was ideal for my family because the living room area contained two single beds, which accommodated my 10yo girl and 12yo boy well. It is in the room right as you walk in. The bathroom section (I called it a section because there was no dividing wall) had a toilet behind one door and a giant spacious shower behind the other. In between, there were two sinks. The two sinks took up most of the counter and did not provide much counter space. We used the large open closet area across to hold most of our toiletries. The bedroom had a wall and a door :). There was a beautiful canopy over the bed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC unit worked well. There was an outdoor sitting area with a couch, table, and two loungers. My kids were pleasantly surprised to discover that the pool was 5 feet deep, as opposed to shallow. The pool was beautifully lit at night night and there was a gorgeous view. It was very easy to access the main pool. Of note, there is a small fridge in the room and a market about 5 min walk down the road. That market has snacks and drinks to take to the beach and sunblock if you need it. Only downsides: bathroom counter space and only one bathroom to share between the 4 of us. If we came back to Mykonos, we would stay here again. Also, we know now we need to rent a car to...

I'm going to be extra careful with this review as the hotel doesn't like criticism, imploring my wife to remove a similar review from TripAdvisor. Essentially, the hotel advertises itself as a 5-star hotel and charges 5-star prices. As such it must deliver a full 5-star service and be very aware that such a rating attracts seasoned and experienced travellers who expect the very best. In some aspects, the hotel delivers. The staff are plentiful, well-trained, friendly and work very hard to ensure your stay is enjoyable. But in most other categories the hotel fails to live up to its rating. The hotel is a 'boutique' (small) property so it's going to struggle to deliver the spacious accommodation expected of a 5-star property and this showed, particularly in our room. Although the room itself was perfectly adequate it was 3-star size and amenities at best, with just one plastic chair provided to sit on in the very corner of the room, with waste basket under. At this price and service level we expect adequate room to relax without lying on the bed. It would have been impossible to eat room-service style. The en-suite bathroom was particularly small. The 'sea view' was indeed of the sea but only a small, grey sliver through power cables well beyond the pool. Breakfast is international hotel standard, first class but buffet-style. The public areas are severely restricted, e.g. the bar is part of the reception area, quite dark with too-low seating and not a convivial place for a cocktail before dinner, and the small restaurant was empty and soulless as it could not be expected to compete with the busy and excellent taverna 50m down the (pavement-less) road. There are no other lounging or other relaxation /public areas except at the pool and a small seating /smoking area outside the hotel. The pool area itself is unimaginative, provides little shade (none at all over the children's pool) and has minimal/no view but it does have LED pool lighting that is attractive at night. In summary, we found the hotel perfectly fine for a 3-4 star stay but wholly inadequate as a 5-star, top-priced hotel. It is trying to up-sell itself and in our case, unfortunately, it succeeded. We should have taken more care to read the reviews, hence my adding this one. In my (considerable) experience I estimate the value of what received was approximately half what we paid. I realise the situation in Greece is pretty tough right now but this experience is unlikely to attract us back to Mykonos, unfortunately, without being much...
