When my friend and I went to Platis Bakery for the first time we had a lovely Barista named Julioano greeting us. He was very attentive as to what we would like for drinks and we were both huge fans of coffee. Coming from Sydney my coffee standards were very high. Julianio knew exactly what a European version of Picolo was and he made it the same if not better standard of a piccolo for me. He was so attentive as to how much milk and sugar I would want on it. Personally given the efforts Julioano puts in to making such coffees I think he should make his own way of having his coffee shop or move to a country that makes best use of his talents. This sounds like a review from a coffee snob perspective but it’s very rarer to find someone who makes coffee to that level of standards. Cafe also had great pastry’s and their fresh orange juice was epic. The highlite to me was Julianos coffee. Thank you...

Also, the bus station is right next to the bakery. Kiki is one of the workers there, she does the best job making coffee and went out of her way to make me a chocolate...
