Firstly, all the reviews are absolutely right when they describe the owner, Andreas, as the perfect host. Free transfer followed by a quick tour and you are ready to explore from the moment you touch down. ||The location is amazing - you are right on the doorstep of Little Venice, and so it really cannot be faulted or be beaten.||The rooms are fine - but very very limited, no hairdryer, kettle, iron - it is really just a bed, fridge, safe and a very basic shower room. All fine if you are travelling as a group, rather than a couple.||I think it is luck of the drawer in terms of which apartment you get. Sadly, out of 4 nights - I only had a full night sleep once. We were on the ground floor and other residents were banging the front door many times, throwing up outside our window, and at one point tried to get into our room - which was really unfortunate.||My view is that this place is great for young travellers or groups, but not really a couple looking for a quiet time away to escape the huddle and bustle.||That said, this was I am sure an unfortunate experience, and I can't stress enough how nice Andreas was and the unrivalled location that the...

Me and my Fiance have just come back last week and it was our first time in Mykonos .||Andreas has been so professional from the minute I booked the room till the day we arrived and came to pick us up despite of the traffic and dropped us on the day of departure.||The room we had was air conditioned and clean and there was no noise!!.Location was superb , we were able to walk everywhere within seconds to the centre to visit the old port or find restaurants and bars or just enjoy the sun !!! and the amazing views.We can catch a bus within minutes to go to any beaches we wanted.||Andreas is the perfect host , very patient with a priceless smile and ready to help whenever he can though he has a busy schedule. I’m a flight attendant so very well travelled, i arrive here at 23.00 and the owner is here waiting for me, asks me for my passport and then the card I’ve made the booking with, I didn’t have the card and the booking had been paid for via booking.com, so he says I can’t stay here without showing the card, i open my bank app and show him the transaction that has been debited from my account and he says that doesn’t prove anything 🤔 he has my passport in hand and my bank app with my name and details infront of him… so he tells me i have to leave!
