Dining at Casa Di Giorgio in Mykonos was one of the highlights of our trip. Nestled in the heart of Mykonos Town, this charming Italian restaurant truly comes alive at night, when the twinkling lights, lively atmosphere, and warm hospitality create the perfect setting for a memorable evening.
The staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and made us feel at home right away. Service was attentive without being rushed, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each course and soak up the lively Mykonian vibe all around.
We started with fresh bruschetta and a crisp salad—simple yet bursting with flavor. For mains, the pasta and pizza were outstanding: perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and full of authentic Italian taste. Every bite felt like a celebration of fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Paired with a great bottle of wine, it was exactly the kind of meal you dream of having on holiday.
What made the night even more special was the atmosphere—dining outdoors in the heart of Mykonos, surrounded by the buzz of the town, yet with a cozy, romantic charm that made it feel intimate. Watching people stroll by while enjoying incredible food under the night sky was truly magical.
Highlights we loved:
Authentic Italian cuisine made with fresh, quality ingredients.
Friendly, welcoming staff who made the evening feel special.
Beautiful nighttime ambiance in the heart of Mykonos Town.
A great mix of liveliness and coziness—perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends.

Read moreWhat a terrible spot to have a dinner on your holiday! We were so excited because the place looked cute at first but the guy who looked after us was quite annoying from the first moment we sat down and straight after that, we received a basket full of bread and a small bowl of olives…you would think it is complimentary because that’s what you get in better restaurants (it’s called amuse-bouche) but not, it is extra €6 on your bill at the end. When we received the bill and I noticed there was extra charge of €6, I just politely asked the waiter what is it for and he said it’s for the bread. When I said he didn’t say anything about it when he brought it over on the table, he answered it’s not his problem…after that he asked if I would like to leave a tip. My answer was definitely not because of his attitude. I have been working in hospitality my whole life. I have no problem to leave a tip but you should definitely train your staff better and let them know that they should inform their customers about being charged extra when they say yes to something what was brought on the table by the waiter without anybody asking for it. I hope you guys do better in the future. All the...
Read moreOnce seated we were offered stale bread and olive where I thought is very nice gesture but then I regretted once I saw that we were charged for them even though we didn’t ask for it!
We ordered calamari to start and a prosciutto bruschetta!
Firstly bruschetta is meant to be crispy fresh toasted bread with fresh tomatoes and nice mozzarella cheese and olive oil and balsamic but this one was nothing like it , soggy bread with melted cheese and prosciutto on top, something that I will only cook myself at home when I am being lazy!
The calamari were to start, firstly we payed €22 for a small portion with a small slice of lemon, when asked for some sauce like tartar or garlic deep we were given 2 sachets of mayonnaise which you could find for free in kebab shop. We found out later that we were charged €3 per sachet which we were not advised on!
Half way through our starters our mains arrive even through we were not done with starters so they had to take the food back.
Mains arrived and all we can say that we had better pizza in a kebab shop!
