4.5 stars but am rounding up!||Staff is very communicative and accommodating- I asked for a late check-in (close to midnight) and they replied to my email quickly||Antonis was the staff checking me and was very personable - I forgot the names of additional staff but everyone was great! Whether it was accommodating when I asked for a bucket of ice to checking out- 5/5 staff was awesome||Shower can be a little cramped but overall was OK||I love their additional perks too- a complimentary 10min massage coupon is available to you during your stay at the spa- it was so great that I made an individual booking a couple days later during our stay!||The breakfast was delicious- the pancakes to local honey and Honeycomb, to their deli meats, fruits and Nespresso machines...so much variety and our tummies were happy too ||Nearby transit lines (airport line was about 1 or 2 walking blocks away) and walking distance to many shops (i.e. picking up water or snacks) and restaurants ||I highly recommend to stay here if you're visiting Thessaloniki||Thank you again for such a...
Read moreRooms are small, but typical for European hotels. Breakfast was very good. I have stayed in this hotel twice in the past week—2 different rooms. Despite our attempts to resolve the problem, none of the solutions provided were acceptable. Since we booked through Expedia, we're now facing difficulty determining who is responsible for an...
