It's an overall good hotel to stay, and its location is a jackpot. I believe it provides a solid value for the money, but it's good to know some things before you book. The parking is on the main port parking. This is clearly stated and it's a two-minute walk to get there. You'll get your own plastic card to enter and exit the parking whenever you want during your stay. Soundproofing could be better. We could hear the noise from people in the hallways and those partying outside. The hotel is among lots of bars, restaurants, and clubs. So, there's lots of people, music, chatter. I didn't mind it but some people might. The room was overall okay. I didn't like how they renovated it but decided to leave some old furniture to ruin the feeling. In our room the toilet was really terribly placed right next to the door and across the sink. I'm small and still felt somewhat claustrophobic using the toilet. 😅 Other than that, I had a great two-night stay. Staff was nice, the location is amazing, and the breakfasts was I'd say standard breakfast you get at a Greek hotel. Good versatility and delicious. Would visit again for sure. And I learned they also own the Diamond suites across the street. If you're open to spending a bit more, maybe consider those as they're supposedly...
Read moreOverall our 3 nights here was a decent experience, and pretty good value for a city-centre hotel.
The rooms were only average, with some lighting issues, and the bathrooms were not well laid out.
The location is excellent, right in the centre of Ladadika, an area full of bars and restaurants, although also nightclubs which means noise into the early hours.
This brings me to my next point, which is that the staff are excellent, especially the lovely Elpida for whom it seemed nothing was too much trouble. When the aforementioned nightclub noise caused us to request a change of room, this was done efficiently and quickly with no charge for the slight upgrade and she also arranged for a small packed breakfast to be provided on our last morning when we left before 5am.
Breakfast was pretty good too, a buffet with plenty of choice right up to the 10.30 finish, with attentive staff on hand.
Try to avoid rooms overlooking the open air dance club - I think this means rooms 05 and 06...
Read moreWe chose this hotel last minute and we did not regret it. The staffs are super helpful and attentive to customers. Special thanks to Elpida and I think the manager of the hotel( sorry could not remember the name) who were very helpful about tips what to visit in the area and go beyond for customer satisfaction. The staff had excellent communication skills with the customers. We had 3 excellent days in Thessaloniki. However, we have a constructive feedback; It would be great to have a free parking for the hotel instead of a daily paid one even if it was not so far from the hotel. In addition, the guidelines to find the hotel on map is totally wrong if you come by car; this should be fixed. But the staff helped us to reached the hotel. We stayed in Room 604 and it was clean, plenty of space for 2 people. Breakfast was really good and the ladies responsible for the breakfast are so sweet and joyful. We will definitely book this...
