Don’t Trust the Photos — Rooms Given Are Not as Advertised

We booked for 4 nights, but the stay turned into a nightmare. The first room was unacceptable and not what we paid for. After complaining, we were moved to a better room for nights 2 and 3. For the 4th night, they refunded us so we could leave earlier, which says a lot.

Be very careful: they tried to charge us extra for taxes that were already included in the booking price. Also, our reservation was processed through a Booking.com 'partner', not directly with Booking.com, which meant we were blocked from leaving a review on their platform. This is misleading and frustrating, as it hides bad experiences from future guests.

Cosa è piaciuto: Posizione ottima per andare al mare essendo a 2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia Bello il fatto di avere il balconcino privato Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Cosa non è piaciuto: Appena arrivati ci hanno dato una stanza doppia anzichè tripla (COME PRENOTATO) e quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero spostati il giorno seguente in quanto la nostra camera era già occupata (in pratica pagata due volte) e il giorno dopo ci hanno spostato con tutta calma su insistenza Colazione fatta sul balconcino delle camere che lo avevano (il che è carino visto che portano il vassoio all'orario concordato) peccato che tutto era fuorchè una colazione continentale (come specificato) in quanto in pratica decidevano loro cosa portare in base a quello che avevano e comunque di salato non c'era mai nulla Letti con materassi sottili e scomodi, come...
