Hill Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and had an excellent experience. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Effimia was kind, patient and accommodating. The rest of the staff was great, too, including Thomas, our server.

We struggled to find the hotel as we had never been to the hotel before and it's in a courtyard and not on a street. But Effimia patiently helped us figure it out and helped us bring our bags from the car to our room once we finally arrived. She was available 24/7 and took care of our every want and need. She even wrote us a sweet note for our anniversary.

We were able to park on the street closest to the hotel as it was the offseason and parking was abundant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the private spa was large, as it could fit 6-8 people, and warm and had a beautiful view of the sea. Also, the breakfast was tasty and a good way to start the day.

Our perfect experience with Hill Suites began even before arriving in Santorini. By mistake, we made a double booking but the Hill Suites management alerted us to this, quickly assured us that they will do everything they can to help us and even assisted with the free cancellation (despite passing the full refund period).

Upon arrival, Kosta kept us updated via WhatsApp on when the room was ready, allowed us to leave our luggages at the reception, and granted an early check in before 12pm. Overall, Kosta was very helpful throughout our stay which made the experience amazing!

The room was a dream and we had our private hot tub which we spent a lot of time in. Huge breakfast spread made to order. Hill Suites staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Thomas was very hospitable and always ensured that our needs were met. He always greeted us warmly which made us feel welcomed and at home!

Hill suites was the best decision we made coming to Santorini! The hotel is located in the centre of Fira and close to many great restaurants and shops.

Thomas made our experience here a wonderful one as he was always ready to help and extremely friendly. The daily breakfast served was amazing and you get to pre order them so the waiting time is short. Thomas also kindly arranged breakfast before their standard breakfast time to accommodate our early flight. During our stay here, a guest accidentally broke a glass late at night, and Thomas arrived shortly after they contacted him to clean up to ensure the safety of the guests. We really appreciate the extra mile he took to ensure that our stay here would be a good one.

We absolutely loved the private hot tub which was really enjoyable as we visited during the winter. The room not only beautiful but also very clean and neat! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone...
