I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks.Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely.Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area.What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Ok peeps, do your homework before booking this hotel, unless you don’t mind anything.|Firstly all the pictures that are posted of the hotel premises on all the hotel booking agency sites are taken from the breakfast restaurant and it gives you an extremely false picture of what the hotel itself really is. |Would call it more of a hostel than a hotel. The rooms are small with hard beds, the colors and design is straight from the 60’s. You can also forget about the wifi, because it doesn’t work. |The toilet is even smaller and very unpractically designed. The shower is more of a bidé, as there isn’t any place to put up the showerhead.|Another thing what comes to the room is that it was not cleaned properly, dust on the higher shelves and under the bed.
