Fake Reviews Alert – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs

We have travelled to over 20 countries and this was by far the worst stay ever. The positive reviews are misleading—search only the negative comments to see the real truth about this place.

On the first day, staff were polite. By the second day, they pressured us to book tours through them, and when we declined, they became rude and unprofessional.

Housekeeping forced us out of the room until 2 pm every day—something never disclosed before booking. We were even shouted at by staff for walking on the floor while they were cleaning midday.

At 11:30 pm, while we were just talking quietly (no music or noise), they came banging on the door telling us to be silent. If the rooms aren’t soundproof, that’s the hotel’s problem.

Facilities are terrible: • Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the domes • Broken fridge and TV • Musty smell and spider webs • Outdated furniture • Photos online are heavily edited—nothing looks modern in person

After paying €45 to get to this dump, I actually wanted to write a nice review because front desk lady was nice and the older gentleman wanted to upgrade our room, it just was t satisfactory for a seasoned traveler. Located above an ATV rental shop, overlooking a nursery school. No resort feel at all. Not near the beach which I saw photos on some sites.... Not a great start to a 1st time visit to santorini..... after 20min of contemplating, we decided to leave. Front desk lady said ok, no problem, 'we understand'. The moment I reserved another beach hotel, a rude woman came up and demanded payment. My friend after a heated Verbal battle ended up paying for one night. We checked in to new hotel and that B1T&C attempted to charge my friends card for 3 more nights! ||The Website looked beautiful, but just lipstick on a pig.||Santorini left such a bad taste with overpriced transport and rude people, we decide to leave!
