Hotel Kykladonisia Traditional Settlement, Fira, Santorini — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

I found this lovely place while searching for a place to stay for my sisters wedding. It is the perfect location to be right next to downtown Fira for shopping, restaurants, & night life. The staff is amazing. They never failed to say hello while I walked by and ask how my trip or day is going. Every day room service waited for my random times that I would be out of my room to clean it and make my bed. When it came down to my last day after talking to my airline for almost 4 hours total, my trip was extended one more day. I was unable to inform the staff at the hotel in a timely manner so the room I was in happened to be booked out already for the extra night. The staff jumped into action and quickly found me another room and accommodated my last minute plan with ease. I am going to miss Santorini as a whole and I most definitely will come back to stay at Kykladonisia settlement. The location of the hotel was excellent - walkable distance the main area of Fira, and most importantly, a short walk from the Fira bus station. The receptionist Konstantinos was also superb - he spent quite some time explaining to us the different places we should visit in Santorini, and also gave many restaurant recommendations, many of which we visited and had a good experience. The hotel also had a decently-sized swimming pool (especially compared to many others in the area), and had many tables and chairs on the roof terraces for us to relax on.

However, the rooms were very small and squeezy. The quadruple room was very small, but this was what we expected given we were staying in the heart of Santorini and it was for a reasonable price. We were still able to go about our things in the room, just that it was smaller than...

I am beyond grateful for the incredible humanity and professionalism that Stan and Konstantinos have shown me. From the very first moment, they made me feel welcome and valued, treating me not just as a client, but as someone they genuinely cared about. Their kindness, empathy, and attention to detail truly set them apart.

Stan's warm demeanor and Konstantinos's deep knowledge of the island and dedication to share all the info (they have been my BIBLE throughout all the time there) created an atmosphere of trust and comfort that is rare to find. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, making the experience unforgettable.
