Would be a nice hotel if not hidden extra costs PROS: - Nice, clean room, inviting pool area in a beautiful setting - Lovely chapel - Modern bathroom with a rain shower - Kitchen: fridge, water kettle, press pot for coffee - Close to the center of Parga on a quiet side - clothesline for laundry CONS: - Not enough room for 2 luggage - extra charge for a/c and safe - Showering made bathroom floor wet and dangerously slippery. There wasn't anything drying the floor - way too many rules (for example: do not leave makeup to the towels, other wise extra cost) - too small trash pins - asked well in advance a TWIN room. When arriving at 1AM night we had to start dragging a double bed separate and doing the bedding ourselves - No dish soap - Some noise from the main road - Thin walls

The Lemon Tree is a well run and lovely small apartment block in an excellent location. The only problem is one that affects most of the holiday hotels in the area and that it is difficult for those with limited mobility due to the hills and steps in Parga. The hotels near the harbour seem much better, however wheelchair users would still find it difficult to access the narrow cobbled streets of this wonder place.

Nice little appartmenthotel close to centre, rather noisy especially at night, due to adress on main street nessesary to close all windows and then turn on aircondition of course. Otherwise er had a good stay

Just got back from a weeks stay at these lovely apartments. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. We stayed self catering, so couldn't comment on the food. The apartments are very modern but are quite tight. This didn't affect our stay in any way but might be a bit cosy for some. For those staying on a self catering basis there is a small kitchen with a kettle, portable hob, cups plates etc and cutlery. (No toaster). The bathroom is very modern also. Air con was charged at €50 for the week and safe was €20 euros. The pool area was lovely with no towel wars in a morning. We never had to do the dreaded towel run. A small bar area is available with under cover seating availble if you want to get out of the sun for a while. As previously stated in other reviews there are only 3 umbrellas (none for the sunbeds). There are two situated alongside a couple of day beds and one near the bar. The gardens a lovely and even includes a small chapel.|The apartments are situated around a 7 min walk out of town up a slight hill.||All the staff are brilliant, working tirelessly all day to keep the apartments clean and tidy. The lady (who's name I didn't get is brilliant also)||In conclusion a brilliant week's stay and we would definitely return on our next...

We had 8 departments with our family with 16 members. The breakfast was a mix between toast bread and good bread one single toast and an egg and a yogurt every day very boring. And definitely not worth the money. The refrigerator was set to lower temperature every days. So they micromanage your refrigerator. The kids were not allowed to talk at the pool although we were only in the pool for 1-2 hours per day. the hotel is not for families with kids then and they should make it clear before ordering. ||We bought an air mattress to the pool and after an hour in the pool we took it to the apartment. The next day it was seized . Not okay without a word. We had a member from our family who turned 75. We were not allowed to sing for her in 1 minutes. The air conditioner worked very bad for several rooms, but still it cost 7euro per day. And the staff are were unfriendly and looked at us very angry. They don’t help older people with their suitcase. ||||But the surroundings and the rooms are nice if you don’t take the air conditioning and the angry staff in...

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms and the grounds are spotless and very very comfortable. The pool is super clean and there is plenty of space around it for the number of guests, even in peak season. This is the second time we have been to this hotel and it will be the only place we choose to stay at in Parga. It’s great to be able to have the self-catering style room with a fridge and crockery and cutlery etc for eating breakfast or a spot of lunch on the balcony and super close to corner shops and bakeries for stocking up.|The rooms are spacious and the beds make for a very good nights sleep. |The price of food and drinks at the pool bar is reasonable and there is a beautiful decking area to enjoy. I honestly cannot fault this hotel and will always choose to stay here in the future. Thank you Stathis and the team for always making our stays in Parga easy, comfortable and magical!...
