Moschoula Studios — Hotel in Paros Municipality

My first time back to Paros in 6 years, and i booked up again with Moschoula at the Studios Moschoula which is a family run place with about 7 self - contained rooms.. with a kitchen area, fridge, shower, balcony, a/cond, I've always got a warm welcome from Moschoula n Andrew her father if you let them know, they will come and meet you at the port when your ferry arrives. not sure if they do a meet n greet at the airport?. The Moschoula Studios are about a 10 to 15 min walk from the main port heading back towards the Livadia Rd after the boat marina on the right side around the back streets.. its not far.its a lovely walk back towards the main port or local bars n restaurants. the rooms are cleaned each day,with fresh towels. there is a lovely roof top viewing point that you can sit and watch the world go by, sit and have breakfast , lunch or evening snacks to which we done on one evening having chilled champagne, with snacks which we purchased from the nearby local supermarket..watching the sun set over the bay of parikia. very relaxing i must say. we had a 5 night stay here wednesday to monday afternoon at the beginning of july 2012. we had beautiful sunny weather, temps in the 30's.. dawn to dusk sunshine. On our first night here 4th July. we had invite from Moschoula to go and try the Food on offer at their new restaurant 'FRANKA SCALA' which is in Market street in the old town of parikia. it was a beautiful evening sitting on the outside balcony above the small side streets down below with a lovely bottle of local paros red wine which went down very nice!!. the food was excellent and our party of 4 enjoyed it very much.. would visit Franka Scala again on my next visit to Paros.. overall.. another excellent trip to the island of paros which has a place in my...

What a lovely stay at Moschoula appartments!!||||We were a family of 4 persons ( 2 adults and 2 children ( 13 and16 years old). We had a spacious room, the room was clean, the air conditionning was functionning well. This is very well located at 5 minutes walk from the beach. It is a quiet area. We had a little kitchen were we can make the breakfast. The grocery ( Carrefour) is at 2 minutes walk from the room. There is a splendid terrace we can go on the top. The view from there is absolutly magnific on the sea and on the city of Parikia.. Moschoula was bringing us fresh fruit every day from her father's garden.||Moschoula is a very nice person with a nice personnality. She loves what she does and we can feel it. The lady who is cleaning the room is also very nice.||||Moschoula and her husband own also a restaurant downtown Parikia called "Franca Scala". It is a very good restaurant with fresh, simple and honnest cuisine. One of the best meal I ate in Greece!||||Nothing bad to say......everything...

Our stay at Moschoula Studio & apartments was a traumatic experience for my friends and I. |First of all, we had booked a 3 bed apartment with view at the sea and we were given a 4 bed apartment with view of the neighbours' garage. The apartment had old furnitures and the sheets were dirty.|After expressing our dislike to the owner, the cleaner stopped cleaning and restocking our apartment. The outcome of this situation was the lack of toilet paper and the terrible odour of the garbage. |Furthermore, there weren't blinds on the windows, so every morning the sun was disturbing our sleep. The solution was to hang some dirty and dusty blankets she provided us with.|Finally, she asked us to pay a day in advance our check out in cash, resulting in the lack of cash from our side. Even though we kindly requested to pay via card she disrespectfully decline. |In conclusion, the owner was a very mean and disrespectful woman making our stay a terrible...
