Lenna's Villas — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Lenna's Villa. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my friend and I asked to modify our reservation to a later date, and we asked to do so within 12 hours of booking. Unfortunately, the hotel staff were completely uncooperative and refused to accommodate any changes, despite having a reasonable request and again having reached out just a few hours after we booked. They rigidly stuck to their cancellation policy without any consideration for exceptional circumstances.

The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, making an already stressful situation even worse. We booked via Booking platform and they understood our situation and tried to negotiate with Lenna Villa's and they were apparently incredibly rude to the person trying to help. It’s clear that they care more about squeezing money out of their customers than providing a decent level of service. I would not recommend staying at this place, and I advise others to book somewhere else with more understanding and flexible policies. Very...

Wir haben in den Sommerferien hier eine Villa gemietet die von außen ganz nett aussieht. Aber dann kam der Hammer, Schmutz und Staub soweit das Auge reicht. Die Dichtung der Spüle war verschimmelt, Fettschichten auf den Schränken beim Herd. Auf den Bildern der Küche war im Katalog war eine Spülmaschine zu sehen die jetzt weg war und das Loch war sehr unschön abgedeckt. W-LAN gab es nur am Pool der offenbar auch nicht oft sauber gemacht wird. Nachdem wir unserem Ärger beim Reiseveranstalter Luft gemacht haben hat das Reinigungspersonal die Villa nochmals überarbeitet allerdings war davon fast nix zu sehen. Einzig die Dichtung wurde ersetzt, der Schmutz war noch fast vollständig vorhanden. Man hat hier scheinbar eine andere Auffassung von Hygiene. Wir haben durch unseren Reiseveranstalter dann ein Appartement in Keri bekommen das wirklich super war. Der Reiseveranstalter nimmt jetzt Lenna‘s Villas aus ihrem Programm das es wohl häufiger Probleme gibt. Ich hoffe das ich anderen Urlaubern den Ärger ersparen konnte mit...
