I give 5 star why? here is the reason The top restaurant you're looking for on MG Road, serving northern cuisine The Shangrila Hotel is the greatest. I often stop by this restaurant for some delicious meals everytime I visit a shopping centre in MG Road. Any form of food is available, including meats, a wide variety of dishes prepared and even some western cuisine. This hotel/restaurant has amazing hospitality. From here, you may enjoy a lovely view while eating with friends. Therefore, if you are in the MG Road area, don't forget to stop by and have fun; you won't regret it.

Today i went sangrila hotel with my family . very bad experience. We. Order sea food salad they giving as only cucumber no seafood they giving only 2 pieces prawns direct they servings mancorge they not servings stater. After i ask waitter where is my stater n waiter said u not ordered stater they have very bad attitude they dosent know how to talk with customers &guess i order hunan chicken stater but they not servings even i don't want to give 1 star also they not taken care customers proparly😡😡plzz keep some experience service other its will take ur restaurant...

I'm truly shocked how you are running a restaurant with untrained staff. Despite my repeated requests – perhaps three times too many – for a sugar-free lemon iced tea, I was presented with a glass of Limca, accompanied by a single slice of lemon, as if to add insult to injury. Even after addressing the issue, their listening skills remained elusive. To compound matters, my order of seafood cucumber materialized into a serving of fish sauce accompanied by plain cucumber. Needless to say, it was a thoroughly disappointing...
