By Chance is located on Brigade road. The restaurant has an open seating too where one can observe the life at the heart of Bangalore. Added to that, they also have a vertical garden that definitely makes your feed ‘Instagram worthy’! Their bright yellow chairs, round and square table of the outdoor setting can make one admire the sky of Bangalore. They also have an indoor seating too! It’s a place with dim light, perfect to go on a date and have a good time with your family. Besides that, they have parties hosted almost every weekend. Here are some of the must tries at By Chance, Bangalore (Bloggers Recommendation for Non-vegetarian) We started off by ordering starters- Vegetarian Manchow Soup: Rich in aroma, this dish is filled with chunks of vegetables and served with manchow sticks by the side, This dish was perfectly seasoned and it was finger licking good!

Moving on, we tried some of their signature cocktails- Love at first sight: Oh boy! This caught my attention and would do it to you too! This drink consists of pineapple juice mixed with other citrus juices and vodka, white wine. The rim is topped with candy and is served in a martini glass. Twist: This drink is served in a whiskey glass. It consists of Blackberry, citric acid, orange juice, tequila, vodka, green thyme and blue curacao which would definitely make you want to crave for more! Bartender’s special: Served in a martini glass, this drink consists of green apple juice infused in vodka. This is definitely your go to drink! Sex on the beach: Orange,lime and cranberry juices, peach and sugar syrups and vodka is served in a tall glass that is sure to set your mood right and make it a day worthwhile!

Proceeding to the main course- White sauce pasta: Richness of cheese, red and yellow bell peppers, this dish is perfectly cooked and is topped with oregano.

Desserts- Gajar ka halwa: This is sure to remind you of your ‘ghar ka khana’. So delicious, we just couldn’t resist putting our spoons into it! With goodness of carrots, this dish is topped with cashews and nuts. Walnut brownie: This is a baked cake that is rich with chocolate and is topped with vanilla ice-cream. This is served hot and is sure to melt your tongue, but careful not to burn...

The texture of wall garden as you enter to the misty fog spray to give you chillness in this summer heat, to the fabulous price of an imported geist wheat beer priced at 150 lNR for a pint to chill you off. What more do you require to start a perfect afternoon. It adds to the excitement when you want to catch a bite, wood oven pizza thin crust at as low as 250 INR for a good 6 inches, makes you wonder how can this be possible at a centrally located hot spot in the city Brigade Road. Only to discover that the core founders of Spinn the most happening night club on residency road, the ole bangaloreans can never forget. It's a new venture of the night gurus back sober and subtle to cool of their retirement I suppose. Whacky tunes with a touch of the ninteys shook a leg of mine, only to realise it was none other than DJ James the resident of then Spinn is back here to tune the keys of new artists and is programming. What a team! As the evening settled in and the walls gardens lit beautifully and I see waiters running eleter skelter and inviting me to watch the screen on the television, apparently I featured on it. Not as an individual but as a table number on a Roulette board, the crowd went on to a count down mode 10, 9, 8...... and the roulette spun to land at a number 72 and host announced 72 and look around to figure out that 72 was me they pulled aside and handed over an envelope and asked me to open it. Only to see a surprise of 2500 liquid cash. My god who pays you to drink? This concept really hit me, stunning ain't it? I visited By chance on Wednesday evening and place was jam-packed. It is located right on brigade main road (if you know Rex theatre its right opp to it). The place is very well designed with a lot of green outsides. Since this is on main road parking is bit a of a problem.

Ambiance They offer both outdoor and indoor seating. Outdoor seating is with bright lights and max for 4 people. The place is very spacious inside and can accommodate a large group of people. The lights are dim and gives a cozy vibes to the place

Food & Drinks To start with we ordered hot toddy , Rose wine , Tequeilla Sun rise. The rose wine did not meet the expectations however both Tequila sun rise and Toddy was good. We tried their signature cocktails which included Twist , Brew Snap and Interval. Out of all this INTERVAL just won all our hearts, this drink is Gin based cocktail with raspberry rosemerry and cucumber infused drink and we enjoyed it until the last drop.

Food

We ordered Non Veg Platter , Crispy Corn chicken , Amritsari Machli, Devil Chicken wings and Veg cheese balls and Paneer tikka and here the best was Sea food Croquettes. Main course we loved the chicken Pasta which was creamy , taste anf perfectly made. We also tried Thai green curry which was decent. Dessert We had no options at all other than Gajar ka Halwa , we tried it and it was good to eat.
