A Flavorful Feast of Indian Delights
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Punjab Grill Forum located in Rex Mall, where I indulged in a sumptuous feast featuring Masala Papad, Non-Veg Platter, Butter Chicken, Dal Makhni, Garlic Naan, three variations of Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, and a refreshing Coconut Mojito. The experience was nothing short of delightful.
To start your journey they offer you multiple starters but we opted for Masala Papad which gave us the glimpse of what is coming our way. It was crunchy and delicious.
The Non-Veg Platter was a carnivore's dream, offering a tantalizing assortment of meaty delights, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The succulent kebabs and tikkas left my taste buds craving for more.
The Butter Chicken was a highlight of the meal, with its rich and creamy tomato-based gravy. The tender pieces of chicken melted in my mouth, and the balance of spices was spot-on.
The Dal Makhni was the epitome of comfort food, with its velvety texture and a deep, earthy flavor. I couldn't resist scooping up spoonfuls of it with the fluffy Garlic Naan, which was beautifully blistered and had a delightful garlic aroma.
The dessert offerings were equally impressive. The three types of Gulab Jamun provided a sweet and syrupy finish to the meal, each with a unique twist on the classic. Rasmalai was a delicate and spongy treat that was just the right amount of sweetness.
To wash it all down, the Coconut Mojito was a tropical delight, refreshing and the perfect complement to the flavorful dishes.
In summary, my dining experience at [Restaurant Name] was a culinary journey that left me savoring every bite. The combination of flavors and the quality of the dishes were outstanding. I can't wait to return to sample more of their delightful offerings.

Read moreDecided to go this place as we were craving for some nice Indian mouth-watering food after a tired day hopping around Residency Road. When were welcomed with a great smile by the hostess and as we entered inside the restaurant , we were amazed by the ambience but a bit disappointed with the song that they played at the restaurant. They were playing Bollywood commercial songs at a fine dining restaurant.Thought that didn’t bother as much as we were so excited to experience them for the first time. But we were so disappointed that we had come here.
Overall a bad experience or maybe we visited you guys on a wrong day.
Few things you guy should improve to up keep to your restaurant ambience and decor atleast 👇 1.service was pathetic and slow and unevenly, the staff was not at all clients friendly or hospitable. 2.When we ask for napkins we were given wet wipe while other guest was offered napkins.Keep some tissue paper on the table if you can’t give the same service to all the clients. We had to open the wet wipe wrapped with our soiled hand in between our meal. 3.while they were serving the main course, the KOT was on top of 🫓 inside the bread basket and the server didn’t even bother to remove it and placed the basket on the table. We sarcastically ask the staff if the KOT was edible, he laughed instead of removing and saying sorry. Are they expecting us to eat the KOT and enjoy it 😆? 4.We were offer finger bowl while we were waiting for the rice to come. 5.Nobody came to our table to check weather we are really having a good experience...
Read moreIt was a pleasure to visit Punjab Grill. We entered the room and were immediately mesmerized by the atmosphere. The ambiance was warm and welcoming thanks to the subtle lighting, plush seating, and charming decor. This restaurant is fantastic for a leisurely lunch with friends or coworkers.
The restaurant was relatively quiet when we went on a weekday, which made for a relaxing dining experience. Unfortunately, the Roti, Chicken Labadar, and Dal Tadka dishes fell short of our expectations. We expected a spicier chicken dish, and we believe the restaurant accidentally gave us Dal Makhani instead of the Dal Tadka we requested. Nevertheless, both curries were rich and flavorful, and the portion sizes were adequate. The meal's high point was the Tandoor Rotis, which had a flavor that was truly authentic and fresh from the Tandoor.
Despite the prices being on the higher side, we understood that a certain amount of investment is necessary to maintain the restaurant's high standards. However, it would have been nice if the price of the mineral water had been made known in advance. It seemed rather expensive at around 240 Rs. including GST.
Overall, we were pleased with the restaurant's meticulous attention to every aspect of our dining experience, from placing our order to the final bill and service. Punjab Grill is without a doubt worth a visit if you're looking for a fine...
