Tropical Palms — Hotel in Goa

HORRIBLE experience.. Person who manages the place is MONEY MINDED ARROGANT FRAUD AND RUDE.. we booked for 4 nights after discussing price.. after travelling 100 kms and reaching the place we checked in, within few minutes we were asked to check out or pay higher as there was another customer willing to pay higher..upon talking justice the person started shouting misbehaving and demanding extra money if we had to stay.. is this the way guest is treated.. when travelling with family very unsafe with such people around.. shame on these people. wil never ever visit tis place till alive and would recommend others also not to visit this place.. there are 100 of options around...

We were planning our stay in South Goa in the month of Dec 2022 and we came across this hotel. We talked to Mr. Prateek and did booking over phone. The stay was excellent and we enjoyed our 4 day stay at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful epically Mahesh who always greeted us and asked if he could help us with anything whenever we met. The flora and fuana around is very nice, they have good big rooms as well, bathroom is also good. We have booked 4 rooms ans out of which 2 had problem with AC. I think due to remote/rural location it had electricity challenges. It's not on the beach but on 10 mins walk. Service perspective they do not have own restaurant so all food is served from nearby restaurants, but...
