I recently visited Fondof Coffee Lounge in Hyderabad, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city! This fairly new place offers a delightful experience, blending a beautiful ambience with both indoor and outdoor seating options that cater to every mood and occasion.

Arrogant staff. They told me wrong ingredients and told them they were wrong.

I paid the bill anyway as I had work and just left it.

One waiter comes and kept defending it’s her best friend who told the ingredients ans she said correct. I asked you weren’t here and she did not tell me and anyway I do not ask for discount or told anything, told her to leave me. She stood there ans kept arguing her best friend told correctly only.

It would make sense atleast if the person who told me ingredients said she told or so. This person isn’t even at that place and kept defending.

I asked her then I’m lying or she is lying? I did not argue nor asked for discount so why would I said it? Even then she kept telling that her best friend told the ingredients correctly.

This waiter has zero sense of customer value or support and don’t know when to shut mouth. If she said may be there is some communication mistake atleast it would make sense.

Even though I did not take that drink and paid in full without asking thinking these things happening. Last thing I expected is someone would argue with me post billing.

FondOf - Coffee Lounge is a wonderful spot tucked away in Hi-Tech City. We visited the cafe for a client meeting, and it turned out to be the perfect pick. The ambiance is calm and inviting, with beautiful interiors that create a comfortable and stylish atmosphere.We ordered Moroccan mint tea, a cappuccino, and a pizza — all of which were delicious. The tea was refreshing, the coffee rich and creamy, and the pizza just right for sharing. The cafe also has a lovely reading corner with plenty of books; I even picked up Third Degree while sipping my tea.Valet parking is available, which makes the experience even more convenient in such a busy area.
