Collection O Hanuman — Hotel in Karnataka

Very bad feedback, AC not there in the room because of that heavy suffocation, Sheling FAN also not working properly. Most important is Room cleaning is not on time. we have been reminded 5 times then the cleaning guys came. Inside room tubelight also not working properly Near the hotel there is no family restaurant except their own restaurant for food.

The staff are not good,very angry about nature wise Bed sheet , Bed , pillow are not clean, only one time hot water morning time coming , evening or night time no hot water coming Parking Facility also very poor Transport connectivity is also very poor from this place , only Autoricoshaw are coming and they charge 2 or 3 times excessive They need remove the God name from bedsheet , people keeping Leg or hand on Bedsheet or bed , they have to remove the holly name from all these consumable items for religious respect. we need to respect the name of God "Hanuman" from all...

Disappointing Experience – Poor Management and Unhelpful Staff

I recently stayed at Hanuman Hotel, Mangalore, and had an unpleasant experience that I feel compelled to share.

During checkout, I accidentally left behind a valuable item (a pair of ear pods). I contacted the hotel immediately upon realizing this, but the response from the staff — especially the manager — was dismissive and uncooperative. They insisted the item wasn't found and showed no willingness to investigate further or even respond politely.

What was more disappointing than the lost item was the arrogant attitude of the manager and lack of basic customer service. There was no empathy, no effort, and no accountability. For any traveler, feeling secure and respected is a basic expectation — unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for honesty, professionalism, or even basic courtesy...

I would never recommend this hotel. I booked through make my trip for hourly stay. The room provided was not at all clean as is very evident from the cleanliness of floor. You will get disappointed as soon as you enter. Secondly the room is suffocating with no proper air circulation. I booked for 3 hours and I just vacated after an hour and went to railway station to go and spend time instead sitting in this suffocating room. Hotel...
