Bethel Residency — Hotel in Kerala

November/December 2023: We are here for a long-stay. It's been great, at least so far: excellent service, clean rooms, very budget prices for an air-conditioned room, lovely setting (beautiful flowering plants), and it's fairly close to all the interesting/tourist spots & good restaurants/cafes in Fort Kochi.

Edi-: December 2023: We spent 11 days at Bethel Residency. The guest house is clean, air-conditioned, has hot water, a very nice bedroom with a shared living-room space right outside, and the owner (Sharon) is kind, caring, and helpful. I would recommend this guest house VERY highly, given the great rates (especially compared to the average rates in this area).

Bethel Residency was just perfect. Cosy, comfortable, and peaceful. We booked both rooms, which come with attached bathrooms and a common hall. The hosts, Sharon and David, are thoughtful, helpful and very accommodating - they ensure you have everything you need. Sharon makes a wonderful breakfast that makes for a great start to the day! This is a homestay, but separate from the main house and there's a lovely garden to enjoy too! It is located just 10mins (walking) away from the Chinese fishing nets at fort Kochi. If your looking to explore fort Kochi then this is the perfect place to stay. I'll definitely stay at Bethel Residency the next time...

We had a wonderful stay at Bethel Residency! The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the couple that run the place - Sharon and David - are kind, welcoming, and very hospitable. The room comes with an attached bath and a common hall that's shared with one other room. Perfect if you're staying with friends or family.
