From the moment I made the booking, Barrid Uncle was in constant touch, making sure everything was perfectly arranged for our trip. He kindly helped us with the pre-booking of Kathakali tickets and even secured front-row seats as I had requested. He went above and beyond by offering us his bicycle free of cost in case we needed a way to explore the area.

Upon arrival, he made us feel completely at home. Our room was cozy, clean, and came with a spotless washroom. We had full access to the balcony, and he was always available with thoughtful suggestions on where to eat, what to see, and what to avoid—making our experience so much richer.

He truly took care of our belongings and comfort throughout the stay. On our last day, he even offered us a taste of the homemade wine prepared by his wife, which was a lovely personal touch.

Wonderful place, I booked a trip for my parents and they stayed for a night and found everything at walkable distance from the stay in fort kochi. The property owner, Mr.Barrid was very kind and helpful from the get go. He was very welcoming and took amazing care of them. Would definitely recommend this property, especially for families. The room was spacious and comfortable and it comes with a shared dining room, living room, kitchen and wonderful balcony full of beautiful plants. Believe me friends, the host Barrid Uncle is such a helpful and a good gentleman who can treat you like your own family member. All the major tourist places are very near by that you can walk in within 5 minutes, this place Beza Homestay is too good, hygienic and well maintained that anyone can love it, Wifi is also there, they stay on the ground floor and for us the first floor is accessible, with balcony area there is a kitchen area also where we can cook Maggie, Pasta or Soup. it's not just a room but the whole apartment we get.
