The location of this hotel is great, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are clean, which is always a positive. However, the breakfast options leave much to be desired. Guests are served the same simple fare of bread, jam, and eggs every single day, which can get quite monotonous. Additionally, the hotel staff wake up guests at 8 AM sharp for breakfast, which can be quite annoying, especially for those who prefer to sleep in on vacation.On a positive note, the hotel owner seems to be a very generous person, and the employees are all very helpful and friendly. This is always a welcome addition to any hotel stay.Overall, this hotel has some pros and cons. The clean rooms and great location are definite highlights. The room and the washroom is okay, even though not price worthy. The location is the best feature that this hotel has got among all the features a hotel should have, so go figure out the rest! The room service and provided facilities are the worst. We were not even provided with free water or toiletries. When asked for water, they bought one from the market and took money for it. There was no toilet tissue and they didn’t even bought one even after asking for multiple times. Not sure if this is the norm here in Kolkata, but from my experience of visiting multiple cities and countries, I can tell that I have never seen this...

The staff are Well behaved and ready to fulfill your requirements. you will find Sudarshan and Shakib always near you.

the hotel cost is around 16-1800 rs. rooms are clean, beds are clean but a few Spots on the sheet.
