Super Pub — Restaurant in Kolkata

If you're searching for a place to have a drink with your buddy or by yourself, this is a place to check out. This place is an unremarkable and mediocre pub that will satisfy your parch throat.

The seating is good, the lighting has improved and is decent currently, and the service is well, average.

On weekdays it's mostly empty, and on weekends I have no idea.

The food is mediocre, the quantity is very less, and the prices are high, like all pubs.

The alcohol prices are similar to all the pubs of similar standing.

The place does not have a good acoustic, and feels like a dungeon, which is ideal for a pub. It's adorned with a TV which keeps on blasting cheap thrills and dance numbers throughout, which might cater to those who enjoy them.

Overall, I will say that if you're someone looking for a pub, this is a pub. Go in and have a drink. If you have some company you enjoy, the place won't matter after all. If you don't have any company, a few pints in, nothing will...

Super Pub is one of my favourites! It has a live band playing from 7 pm to 11pm. When I say live band, don't assume I am meaning a band with guitar n drums. Be there to actually know what I mean! They have two separate sitting areas. The food is exceptionally good. Especially the finger foods. Try Dragon Chicken Nd Chilli fish dry. The service is prompt. Easy to find as there's a few other businesses here that have Super in their name. Look for an unasumming single brown door, push it and you're in. It's dark and dingy but it has AC and cold beer with Bollywood movies playing on the TV. The toilets are really clean but we were here mid afternoon so I can't vouch for what they're like into the evening.
