Worst service I have ever received in my life. Should never visit this place. They don't know how to talk with their customers. The waiter was extremely rude and the are manners less .

8 July I visited in that restaurant and it was 10 pm , My phone battery was about to die so I request the manager ( on the counter ) to charge my phone so that I can't travel till Thane from Dadar.🚇 BEING new in Mumbai, travelling alone was something difficult for me. I requested thrice to that man and the waiters but they were not humans they were devils👹👿.. Curel and such a idiotic metal person he was, He just simply rejected...and the reason was so rubbish that this kind of people should be thrown out of the society.🤬 He said that police had said no to plug in unknowns charges otherwise any short circuit can take place. I know he was saying to save electricity but how cheap the person was.. PLUS🌋 ✳️THEY WERE using old and rotted panner .🤧 ✳️Sambar with dosa was TASTING bad.🤢 ✳️Lassi was giving a foul smell.😵 ✳️ Tissues was something which they wanted to SAVE THE MOST💩 ✳️They don't have the facility to give the bill and take the money in a proper manner.🤑 ✳️ Utensils WERE NOT WASHED PROPERLY.😠

Staff is impolite. They don't come to your table unless you call them for giving order. So many waiters are there but they are looking each other like they want other person to go for take orders. Management is poor. Everytime expect delay in whatever you order. I observed it on all tables. Every customer was unsatisfied. I order simple dish - Aaloo paratha. They don't put butter or ghee on paratha. I asked for it, they said it will charge extra for normal butter on paratha. Very dried and not even drop of butter or ghee even to roast paratha. In price of 110 for single aaloo paratha expecting a spoon of butter on it is not high expectations I feel. In world, in India when you paying 110 for single paratha generally paratha is roasted in butter only or atleast added a spoon of butter over it. It was not worth in taste also. Very dry. Like literally. And it was stuffing made like by Very armature cook. Highly unsatisfied. Not worth. As it is infront of station people do visit as sometimes they don't have option but staff and waiters are not cooperative and rude. And delay in all orders. Poor management. Not ready to take suggestions at time of...

I recently visited Subham Pure Vegetarian Restaurant and was blown away by the quality of food and service. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant ambiance. The staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive. The food is delicious, fresh, and flavorful. I highly recommend the grilled sandwich, which was perfectly baked and topped with a good quantity of cheese. The South Indian dishes are also noteworthy, especially the sambhar, which was one of the best I've had. The pav bhaji was too yummy, and the buttery pav was perfect.
