Hotel Rishi — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had lunch in this hotel food is good, they charged for mineral water Rs. 60.00 can you imagine guys the water is not made by them infact they get this bottle hardly Rs. 15/- bucks in wholesale rate and printed price Rs. 20/- on the bottle and mineral water rate no where written on menu card though they are charging high rate of Rs. 60/- which highly unacceptable and while asking this question to manager, the manager was also stated very roudely answered while paying bill. Due to this attitude I even not interested to pay tip though I pay tip to waiter separately.

My suggestion is.... A person who make food that is to be charged but for a water such a charge not at all been acceptable. it's not worth to go such hotel who charged for water for this much amount, the water is not made by them and people are paying blindly and these people are taking our simplicity disadvantages which is not at all been acceptable and they know that no one can fight for such amount hence they do such wrongfull thing openly and earning...

I ordered the prawns curry and steamed rice for lunch, but unfortunately, the prawns curry was extremely oily and not up to my expectations. I had to remove a significant amount of oil from the dish before I could even attempt to eat it. What was even more disappointing was the lack of concern shown by your staff when I brought up my concerns. They seemed indifferent to my complaint and did not take any action to address the issue or offer a solution. As a customer, I expect to be heard and valued, especially when providing feedback about my dining experience. This historic restaurant in Dadar station's bustling heart was a letdown. While the space was clean and well-lit, the service fell short. Simple requests, like a peanut plate for 14 people, were mishandled - they served just 2 small cups.

The fish platter was underwhelming, with small pieces of fish that seemed like leftovers. The air conditioning wasn't working, adding to our discomfort.
