Bikanervala | Aerocity Mahipalpur — Restaurant in New Delhi

I went with my friends for morning breakfast..we were 4 people and we ordered almost 2000 rupees breakfast and literally they were giving 1 tissue paper dish...we order almost 10-12 items between us and we were sharing plates...I asked couple of times more tissue paper and he was that dude was giving literally one tissue paper....and he was giving a look like I am asking his kidney....at last I gave him 30 rupees and asked more then he gave me more tissue...what in the world that dude was stingy about tissue paper....and second incident I was buying sweet almost 3500 rupees and dude at sweet counter refused to give me sweet to try it out....even I told him he can charge me but how can I buy without testing it.....that went out of my imagination who refuse to give sample testing even with money...?

so horrible service and I complained to guy on register and he was even worst.....didn't have a guts to say sorry by looking in my eyes......and after I repeated my experience he said..Oh....OKAY.....

Don't take me wrong but food quality was good and tasty...I loved the food ....it's definitely a place to go except service(which was horrible)...

you able to see picture which have I have took half way of my breakfast....and paper napkins after I paid 30 rupees....Hopefully they will improve on service and start giving samples even with paying...

I went to Aerocity on weekend with my friends. .. We wanted to eat something Indian and from the Brand we have tried before, so we went Inside the food capital and ordered 1 Amritsari kulcha and 1 Masala dosa from Bikanerwala.

The kulcha was not like it is served in the other outlets, the quality was not upto the mark.

I waited for around half an hour for a dosa and when it came, the dosa was fine but The Sambhar had an insect in it.

When I handed over the slip, there were 2-3 people standing on the counter to take slips and get the order ready.

I gave the slip and waited for my dosa.

After so many minutes when there was no sign of My Dosa, I went to the counter and asked for it. That time, only one person was standing at the counter who did not know much about my order, I asked him and got it after another 10 minutes.

I did not expect this from a Brand such as Bikanerwala.

Hope when I visit next time, the quality of food, service and time taken...

There are plenty of south Indian food that I've tried in New Delhi but Bikanerwala can easily be in top 5 of that list. Generally with south indian food we get 2 chutneys, 1 is the red one and another is the coconut one but bikanerwala served us 4 chutneys. Although the best one was still the coconut chutney but i was not disappointed with the other ones. We ordered two dosas as you can see in the pictures.

One is masala rawa dosa and other one is paneer dosa. Both of them were really good. As we eat a lot of spicy food so you have to ask them to make them extra spicy other wise it might taste bland to you. The sambhar was tasty as well but a little too thin for the consistency that we usually have or like. Nonetheless, it is filled with all the veggies like drumsticks etc. Don't hesitate to ask more about any of these things. They refill the empty bowls happily. The service was nice and we really liked our food. Dying to...
