Exquisite Dining Experience. My recent dining experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and, most importantly, the exquisite food that makes this restaurant a standout destination for lovers of North Indian cuisine.
The decor is sophisticated and stylish, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The combination of modern design elements and traditional touches creates a perfect setting for a memorable meal. The comfortable seating and well-thought-out layout ensure a pleasant dining experience, whether you are there for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or a business lunch.
The menu is a culinary journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Punjab. Each dish is crafted with care and attention to detail, using high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. I started with the signature Tandoori Chicken, which was perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection. The smoky flavor and tender texture were simply irresistible.
For the main course, I opted for the Butter Chicken and the Dal Makhani, accompanied by a selection of freshly baked naans and rotis. The Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, while the Dal Makhani was velvety smooth with a depth of taste that was truly delightful. The bread was soft and fragrant, perfect for mopping up the delicious sauces.
The dessert selection is equally impressive. I tried the Gulab Jamun and the Phirni, both of which were the perfect end to an already fantastic meal. The Gulab Jamun was light and syrupy, while the Phirni was creamy and delicately flavored with cardamom.
The service is top-notch. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent dining experience. They were quick to accommodate any special requests and offered thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our meal. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit.
One of the highlights of dining is the attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The restaurant is impeccably maintained, and the adherence to health and safety protocols is evident, providing a safe and comfortable environment for diners.
In summary, Punjab Grill in Aerocity offers an experience with its exquisite food, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service. Whether you are a fan of North Indian cuisine or simply looking for a memorable dining experience, Punjab Grill is a must-visit. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a taste of authentic Punjabi flavors in a...
Read moreHello Team of Punjab Grill, You must be wondering why I deducted one star? Well on Wednesday ( 6th of March) I went to your restaurant to book a Table for 8 people to celebrate my Birthday (9th March )with my family members , relatives and a few international guests. Mr Ranveer your restaurant manager assisted us for menu selection and table booking and he noted on the log book the booking time and other details. I specifically asked for the 8th seater table which is placed separately near the glass door. He assured us that the table will be reserved and the service would be top class. On the main day (9th) i.e. yesterday when we reached the restaurant at 1pm , the table which I booked was already given to another family. Mr Rahul ( the shift manager) was stressed out and my name was not mentioned anywhere on the reservation list. He quickly arranged a table near the bar but I refused to sit there because there was no point sitting uncomfortably . However Mr Rahul shifted us to the Premium Table ( as mentioned by him) but my point is if you can't fulfill your prior reservation then make First cum First Serve Policy! I appreciate Rahul for showing his smartness and service skills but because of one person's mismanagement or unprofessional behavior, the whole team suffers.
Good Points :-
Mr Durgesh ( the server) is extremely hardworking and professional. He served the drinks, appetizers, main course and desserts in a systematic manner. He was smiling and very prompt. Completely forgot the name of another server, however he did a great job too. So 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to them. Mr Rahul came personally to know whether we are comfortable or not.
Food - All the stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in the galaxy 🌌. Quality and Quantity 👍👍👍👍👍. One tip, stick to the originality when it comes to Desserts. Don't fusion it. I have ordered, Wine, Cocktails ,Mocktails ,Soft Beverages , Palak patta chaat, Dahi ke kebabs, Chicken Tikka, Mahi Tikka ( A must try) , Dal Tadka, Dal Makhani, Naan Breads, Mutton Biriyani, Kulhad Mutton. We asked for Kulfi Falooda unfortunately it was not there so we had to go to Gulab jamun, Rasmalai, Moong dal halwa and Kheer Firni ( as I told you, maintain originality). Well, I thought I would get some birthday special discounts but Punjab Grill doesn't have such policies I believe ! Anyway, overall I had a great time, Try to maintain the standard and keep up the good work. Thank you for Everything 😊 PS - No pictures to upload because we were...
Read moreVisited Punjab Grill, Aerocity, for dinner on 25/02/25, and the service was shockingly below standard for a so-called fine-dining restaurant.
The server, Mr. Gokul, was slow, unwelcoming, and borderline rude. Basic requests like warm lemon water took 20-25 minutes, and I had to chase different staff members reminding them for accompaniments like mint sauce and onions.
They even charged me for a Diet Coke which I ordered in the beginning but never received, which I had to get corrected—completely unacceptable.
Water wasn’t refilled, my table lacked a fork, and the customary paan shots were missing until I asked for some sort of mouth freshner as I was leaving at the reception.
While leaving when I raised these issues with the reception manager, Priyanka, she made excuses about staff being busy and started lecturing me how other customer behave and stuff which had no relevance to my issue and I immediately stopped her, and asked her to get me my bill copy which again surprisingly took her 10 mins. Ms. Priyanka lacks basic empathy and has no clue how to handle customers, meanwhile Mr. Gokul stood there unapologetic.
A restaurant charging premium prices should at least provide basic service. Highly disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they fix their staff’s attitude and service quality.
If you’re looking to have a good time with your family and loved ones and don’t want to spoil your evening I would suggest you go some place else in Aerocity!
Reply to your response:
So Punjab Grill does know how to respond quickly! Pity that this efficiency doesn’t extend to your restaurant service.
Funny how you want me to email you when your staff couldn’t even get my order right or serve basic accompaniments without constant reminders.
I also called multiple times before arriving, but of course, no one bothered to pick up.
If you really cared about service, you’d focus on training your staff rather than doing damage control online.
I don’t have the time to email and follow up—should’ve just gotten good service...
