Hotel Hanuman Ghat — Hotel in Rajasthan

I have booked it for two days today and tomorrow (8th and 9th of June, 2019).

Editing this review after my first review that was not so positive. I have rerated the hotel solely on because of the good nature of the owner of this place. Hotel property still requires attention. He was not very much concerned about it as he has given 10 out of 12 rooms to Oyo Rooms to manage and he has to adhere whatsoever rate they decide. I was able to notice it may be because of off-season.

The room is not bad and good if you are on budget travel. In my case, it was an urgent decision as the Hotel I generally stay (Hotel Sarovar on Lake Pichola, what an awesome place) is under renovation, so I booked next first available deal on Oyo Rooms.

The Hotel property is not so well maintained. It was almost empty with few rooms occupied because of off-season.

The Hotel's restaurant is closed and they don't serve any food (including the breakfast I was offered as a part of deal) at hotel, lately I came to know it is a glitch on Oyo Rooms part as hotel owner has only 2 rooms in his kitty rest is managed by Oyo Rooms And owner keeps restaurant closed in off-season till July.

No room service, I think this should have taken care by the owner.

Hotel property was mostly dark with no lights in porch / front of waiting area of my room but after I had a word with owner he fixed it.

Lach of our room is still broken from inside. Not sure why they are not fixing it. Owners fault. Also owner can work on cleanliness.

It is nearby to most of the tourist spots but the hotel itself is not at so good surroundings. Again owner is at fault and other people in the locality for not maintianing such a historic site well.

Icing on the cake and what I feel main culprit is Oyo rooms company as they manage 10 out of 12 rooms and still are not reverting me even after my thousand times complaining to them. @OyoRooms #OyoRooms.

I had already made payment in advance to Rooms so decided to stay as my purpose was just to keep the luggage and had to attend a wedding nearby at Push Vatika which is walking distance from here.

Please book it directly via owner. And at your own.

We stayed here for 2 days. Location is good. Near to ambrai ghat and city palace. Rooms have a lake view. However the view isn't that good and we didn't even open window much. Photos of the property online didn't match with the place actually (atleast when we visited in feb 18) Frankly we didn't like the place because of the cleanliness and looks a shady place from inside. We booked a deluxe private room and not any shared room (as this place has shared rooms) Rooftop restaurant is in bad shape, extremely dirty and unhygienic, we went for breakfast and returned after having a look at the place. On top of everything the owner itself is not polite and humble. He blamed us for a broken window glass and tried to make money out of that.
