Hotel Grace Spring — Hotel in Zone 9 Teynampet

Not good for family. Avoid this accomadation. Oyo town house 1343 or Grace springs. Bad and dirty accommodation is provided by them. They charge too high and after that inspite paying they will not give u access card and also rooms were not clean and tide all the bed spread was dirty and torn bed sheets. Bathroom was not clean and floor was sticky and not suitable for any family accomadation. Only for bachelors is fine as in the room all cigratte ashes on bed. When we asked them to get it cleaned they were least bothered to clean and again we had to tell them and when i asked reception guy he was adament and rude to me station so what we will not clean daily and now we have cleaned. They have not given the bills for 2 days stay when after paying in advance they told they will give bill at the time of check out and later 2 nd day when we made the payment on extended day when i asked the bill they told we will generate next day and send. When i called them they are not issuing any gst bills. I will be filing complaint in the consumer court and also at the gst office and health department. I would not recommened any one to this hotel. Had a very terrible experience with this hotel booked through OYO. I had booked a room for 3 nights and 4 days for a family of 2 adult + 1 kid and paid the specified amount through the app.when I reached the hotel, they simply said that the offer room is not available and asked me to move to another property without any concern for the customer. If the room is not available then either the hotel or the Oyo must have prevented me from booking or atleast they must have informed me about this issue. But they were just really cool and asked me to move to a different property. When I raised the issue with oyo, the hotel people informed oyo that I was the one who didn't like the room and decide to move. This is utterly non ethical and 0% professional. Oyo support tried to conference me to the hotel person but he didn't connect. Luckily I had some relatives home nearby else it would have been really bad with family and that too with kid. If you can't serve right then you guys are not fit to run this. I understand that the rate paid through OYO is lesser than your actual rate, if you can't provide at that rate then cut your ties with Oyo but don't play blaming ganes and put the...

Terrible experience. Booked online, but the front desk demanded extra money. The staff was unhelpful, unclear, and unprofessional. The room was in awful condition — broken glass, non-functional AC, and poor maintenance. Left immediately and found another hotel. Avoid this place.
