Puri Kesari Guest House — Hotel in Denpasar Selatan

I spent four nights in this tiny and newly built guest house off a small lane in Jalan Danau Tamblingan Sanur Bali. There are only eight rooms. As this is a tiny guesthouse then don't expect a pool as most of the guests get out from morning till evening and they need a clean comfortable room to sleep. No lobby but just a small reception area and even no dining area as the breakfast will be brought to your room terrace. This is not a beachfront guest house and you need to walk about 5 minutes to reach the beach. The parking area can only accommodate two medium size cars. Hiring a bike is the best option and the owner has a small shop at the corner of the street. You can rent bicycle from the owner or even motorbike or car. The room is super clean and bright. The bathroom is modern with rain shower. The huge room is cleaned everyday and they change your towels everyday. Water kettle was supplied in every room but lack of cups except two glass. Two bottles of complimentary drinking water was provided. The wifi is strong and you need password to get in. Every room has a small terrace with two chairs and a tea table. Breakfast has eight options and you can choose the time to have the breakfast. The best option is to have second floor rooms as the terrace is just outside the room for more privacy. Room 201 and 202 have shade because of huge mango trees in front of the room. Amazingly the room price is quite cheap as Sanur area is usually expensive especially the beachfront hotel. This is a very nice guesthouse if you just need a nice room to sleep, but if you will spend more your holiday just inside the room,then this is not your choice. Comfortable & clean, great value, great location! (Versi Bahasa Indonesia di bawah) I love this guest house! ❤️ The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained, bright with wide windows but still comfortable to sleep in as the curtains are thick. The bathroom which very important to me, is very clean in modern minimalist style with 3 types of shower faucets. Comfortable beds, and simple yet very functional furniture. For a guest house, the facilities are very complete, such as a hotel: AC, cable TV, wifi, refrigerator, safety box, hairdryer. Only 5 minutes walking to the beach & 50 meters from main road of Sanur. Another plus value, Mrs. Yuni the owner, is sincerely friendly and accommodating while maintaining privacy, as well as her staff. I feel like staying in my extended family. Homy. Very recommended! And I will definitely stay here again when I go to Sanur.

Suka sekali dengan guest house ini! Kamarnya luas, bersih dan terawat, terang dengan jendela lebar tapi tetap nyaman untuk tidur karena tirainya tebal. Kamar mandi yang sangat penting untuk saya, sangat bersih bergaya modern minimalis dengan 3 jenis kran shower. Tempat tidur nyaman, furniture simple tapi sangat fungsional. Untuk sebuah guest house fasilitasnya sangat komplit seperti hotel: AC, TV cable, wifi, kulkas, safety box, hairdryer. Cuma 5 menit jalan kaki ke pantai dan 50 meter dr jalan utama Sanur.

Nilai plusnya lagi, bu Yuni pemiliknya tulus ramah dan akomodatif dengan tetap menjaga privacy, begitu juga staff-staffnya. Saya seperti menginap di keluarga sendiri. Homy. Sangat direkomendasikan! Dan saya pasti menginap lagi disini kalau...

Puri Kesari Guesthouse in Sanur is a perfect place for a short stay. It's close to restaurants and the pier where the boats to the Nusa islands depart and return. Ibu Yuni and her family run an excellent little guesthouse and are happy to help arrange anything for you that you need. The rooms are superb for the price: clean, comfortable, cold A/C, hot showers, minifridge and good wifi.
