Palm & Ocean Canggu Homestay — Hotel in Pulau Bali

Great stay with my partner at Palm & Ocean Canggu. The service as excellent. We landed at 1am Bali time so only got to the property in the middle of the night but the staff had left our key in our door for us and communicated this, as well as sending pictures to help guide us. Rooms spotless. Shared pool area was really clean and tidy and the staff were on hand with towels etc if required. Location briliant - off a little side street so quiet enough to sleep and relax but just off one of the main roads with loads of restaurants, cafe's etc. Also only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The 4* for rooms is just as they are slightly basic but this is expected at the price point - they are 5* for the price you pay and amazing value for money. Everything worked and was nice enough but this is not a luxury hotel. Would recommend...

Beautiful gem in the heart of Canggu! This homestay is rather new, spacious, large 200x200cm American king size mattress, super clean, and packed with almost everything you need—hairdryer, laundry, daily cleaning, living room, water, fridge & gas cooker and even the friendliest female staff who made me feel right at home.

The location is great - quiet street right in the city centre, surrounded by unique cafés, restaurants, beauty salons, massage places, and even three gyms. 10 minutes walk to beach. Fresh juices, healthy meals, and two supermarkets are just around the corner—pretty convenient!

As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe and welcomed here. The Balinese warmth and hospitality left me a lasting impression. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Canggu. Highly...

Clean, spacious, beautifully designed, in an excellent location 8-10 mins walk from the beach with a lot of nice cafes nearby. Very nice staff: convenient communication through WhatsApp with Tirta who speaks great English and quickly helps you with all questions and amazing cleaning ladies who make the space look nice, neat and clean (unlike many other places in Bali, it’s actually very clean based on hugh standards).
