This is my new favorite spot! I have been to almost every vegan/gf/ veggie place in and around Ubud and this place blew me away on multiple levels. The food, pricing, atmosphere, service, servers and energy of this place is all top notch. Ive had the pizza with my fiance both GF crust and regular and we both agreed it's one of the best vegan/gf pizzas. We've enjoyed the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings (best in ubud so far), the Mac n' Cheese (goes head to head with Bali Buddha's mac), the Lettuce Wraps (great portion size) and desserts that will blow your mind (Cheesecake and the Oreo Cake vegan and gf, what?!?). You can choose to sit in the AC section or the back section with a number of fans to stay cool. The environment spacious, light yet cozy. The staff are some of the brightest, most genuine people ive ever been served by and it's honestly just lovely being in their presence. Ive never said this about a restaurant, it felt peaceful like a friend's home. If you can make the short scooter out for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend it. That's coming from a pretty big foodie who's both vegan/gf. My only suggestion is the warm drinks, like lattes or teas could be served in a bigger cup as it almost reminds me of an espresso cup rather than a full hot drink. Read moreI am writing this review in the hope that the owners of the restaurant will think that something needs to be changed. After all, for us consumers it is always good to have a greater choice of places where you can eat deliciously in a pleasant atmosphere.
So what I want to say. The restaurant has good potential, but it does not use it in any way; it is immediately clear that the owner either does not pay attention to the restaurant, or does not know what a good restaurant is, and therefore does not understand what is wrong. I am 100% sure that the financial part of this restaurant leaves much to be desired. You probably created your restaurant based on the success of Sayuri, Zest, Alchemy. So, why don't you adopt their experience?
Key points of a successful restaurant.
Delicious menu, beautiful presentation. So that the client can enjoy the taste and be drawn to the memories of a delicious dish The client needs care and attention - a must. The atmosphere in the establishment attracts you back again and again.
What you initially have is a location and a good building, but as you can see, this does not matter if you have not completed points 1, 2 and 3. And you have not completed them.
You set prices at the level of the best restaurants in Ubud and you can see for yourself that this is a lot, so you are forced to make a 50% discount during the day so that the restaurant is not empty.
This doesn't mean that everything is lost, it means that you need to do a lot of work to ensure that your restaurant is always full of customers.
You may think that you have a delicious menu, caring service and a pleasant atmosphere, but I assure you, with the current competition in Ubud, your restaurant claims to be a Euro-style warung.

Ресторан имеет хороший потенциал, но его никак не использует, сразу видно, что владелец либо не уделяет ресторану внимания, либо не знает что такое хороший ресторан, поэтому и не понимает что не так. Я на 100% уверен, что финансовая часть этого ресторана оставляет желать лучшего. Вы наверняка создавали свой ресторан, опираясь на успех Sayuri, Zest, Alchemy. Основные моменты успешного ресторана.
Вкусное меню, красивая подача. Чтобы клиент мог насладиться вкусом и его тянули бы воспоминания о вкусном блюде Клиенту нужно забота и внимания - обязательно. Атмосфера в заведении, манящая сюда снова и снова.
То что вы имеете изначально - это местоположение и хорошее здание, но как вы видите это не имеет никакого значения, если у вас не выполнены пункты 1,2 и 3. А они у вас не выполнены.
Вы выставили цены на уровне лучших ресторанов Убуда и сами видите, что это много, поэтому вы вынуждены делать 50% скидку в дневное время, чтобы ресторан не пустовал.
Это не значит, что у вас всё потеряно, это значит, что вам необходимо проделать много работы, чтобы ваш ресторан был всегда полон клиентов.
Возможно, вы думаете что у вас вкусное меню, заботливый сервис и приятная атмосфера, но я вас уверяю, при текущей конкуренции в Убуде, ваш ресторан претендует на статус варунга в евро стиле.
