Good: Guy who met us and checked us in was nice and helpful. Location is fantastic, old town and terrific eateries right on your doorstep. Felt very safe, day and night. Elevator to the upper floors. Great wifi, strong and reliable. Air conditioning worked well, bliss to have a cool room after a hot day outside. Shower temperature and pressure good. Bed linen and towels looked and smelled clean.
Not good: Quite hard to find. Very dark entrance when the front door closed. Some steps up to the elevator (not a big deal, but unexpected). Only given one set of keys for a room that sleeps three. One of the two main room lights didn't work. Fridge and freezer didn't work. Had a sink in the kitchenette but no water tap. Had an electric kettle, but nowhere in kitchen to plug in, no mugs... and the inside of the kettle was disgusting, a moldy grape or something floating in mucky brown water?! Kitchenette only had one plate, one glass cup, three spoons, one fork and a bottle opener. No other crockery or cutlery, no pots or pans. Only a couple of power outlets, and they seemed a bit dodgy. Toilet had a weird cushiony vinyl seat. Bathroom only had one light, so basically showered in the dark (there are skylights, which give a lot of light in the day, but not evenings). Sky lights in bathroom were very moldy. Bathroom door didn't shut properly, just sort of rested against the door jam.
All in all, a reasonable place for the price. But just a little more effort (eg kitchen facilities) would lift the...

I would not stay here again. You shouldn't either! 2 of us booked 3 nights in a triple room. They overbooked our first night and upon arrival, 10pm they offered us a small double room with bathrooms outside the room! Asked for refund or some sort of conpensation from management in writing but they did not even reply to me. Acknowledgement of their mistake not much, but nothing.
The lady who let us in pretended not speaking English and even thretened us to put us on the street if we not accept the double room. Warm welcome at 10pm, eh!
Bins in room was full of rubish when we arrived. No mugs, no teabags. No place to plus kettle, Uncomfortable cushions. No hools, no hangers. Windows are small, no...
Read moreIt's in a wonderful location! Also, the manager was so helpful sending photo instructions to help me get in when my flight was delayed causing me to arrive past check in time. One caveat is that there is an elevator but you still need to carry bags up some stairs. It was a glorious morning here though. Near some nice outdoor cafes so easy to grab a bite and...
