Cordialis — Hotel in Cagliari

Do not book this place. The whole apartment was freezing cold, the room, the bathroom, the kitchen as well! And our clothes in the wardrobe too. The towels couldn’t get dry over night. Saw this place on booking.com and the apartment description mentions a heater as a facility. It is a lie as there isn’t one!! After 2 nights my partner and I had chest infection as it was bloody cold in the apartment so after the 2nd day we booked elsewhere. Even closer to everything and with a heater. It’s unfair to ask ANY MONEY for this apartment. No heater for the cold nights!! How can the host ask money for this room in the winter when there’s no any heating option!!! Unbelievable!

And when we asked the host to provide an electric heater her answer was “ it’s cheap ‘cos there’s no hotel services”. Considering how awful the stay was it wasn’t cheap at all. And of course we didn’t get any money back!! Maybe she should buy an electric heater on that money 😏 And on top of that there’s no kitchen towel,napkin, kettle, and lighter for the gas cooker. So a very basic place with a bed. Is all. And it’s way too noisy! Try to book somewhere else if you want to enjoy your time in Cagliari, there’s plenty of nice and cheap but fair places in the centre like Chafbius Downtown where we stayed for the rest of the holiday. I made a mistake by not paying attention to the negative comments and booked the place for 4 nights in march. After 2 nights we both had chest infection as it was max 8C degrees in the apartment so after the 2nd day we booked a different place and made sure it did have a heater. per quanto il personale sia stato molto gentile nel fornire informazioni sulla camera non appena arrivati, la pulizia lascia al quanto desiderare.Sopratutto prima di affittare le camere consapevoli della presenza di insetti ,una bella disinfestazione va eseguita poichè ho trovato uno scarafaggio che camminava dalla nostra camera...
