Boutique rooms — Hotel in Catania

Canceled during a stay which never happened because didn't get inside of this room. The owner didn't know about the reservation, apparently she doesn't use this application at least she said even though the advertisement was posted. Airbnb app took my money, I got all mails and everything as usually besides code for the locker so after arrive from airport to the city I couldn't get inside to the room. From 9 pm, was calling when I needed to get in to the residence , no one was answering so customer service after half hour I had conversation with owner and information that everything is full but they don't have my reservation anyway so for sure I didn't pay for it. I left in New Year's Eve without a place to stay in a foreign city.

They took the money for the room which owner don't even rent in this app and it takes this app and customer service so many days to give it back. Still didn't...

I can only confirm other positive comments. I really liked the room. It looked as nice as shown at the pictures. It was elegant and cosy, located centrally in the pleasant walking distance to all the interesting sites. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. 3 types of towels. Bottle of water per person was placed in the room everyday. The lovely owner showed us around on the first night. Offered airport transfer, showed a good place for having a fantastic meal, showed a heart of the city and place to have a nice sicilian breakfast. What is really important - she is very approachable and available all the time  - immediate response and a very good contact (in my case - on Whatsapp) throughout the whole stay. Thanks and see...

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Located in the centre. Walking distance to all attractions and transport interchanges. Close to the main street where you can find restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. The hotel is very clean, everything is new. The staff is very responsive. Met us at the airport, helped with car hire. We will definitely come...
