A delayed landing & rail strike meant an overnight stay in Milan & what a wonderful introduction & welcome. Within a minute of booking two hours before I arrived, I was in direct communication with the hotel streamlining my check-in, instructions upon arrival into a great place with all home amenities. The ceilings are high, bathroom superb, kitchen well stocked with hot & cold drinks, a very comfy bed & linen & a lot of space! We had a wonderful stay at Milan Royal Suites! The apartment was very clean and well-prepared. Communication was quick and easy — everything went smoothly from the beginning. A very kind gentleman was waiting for us with the keys and gave us helpful information about where to go, what to eat, and what to see in Milan. He even helped us call a taxi when we needed it. While we only stayed here one night before our flight home, we would definitely stay again! Easy checkin- the room wasn’t quite ready but we were able to leave bags- and they are very communicative! We were slightly confused on how to get in at first and they whatsapped me back almost immediately and were very helpful- a great feeling. Apartment was spacious, very clean, had everything you need, and the bed comfortable. There’s an elevator too which was awesome after lugging our bags around for a week!
