Not customer friendly. I had lunch with my friends at the bistrot, we had salad, three ‘primi piatti’, three bottles of water, one coke, three glasses of wine and an espresso. After 40 min we were asked first to give up a portion of our table (which felt a bit odd because the portion left was really small for us three and we had to rearrange it on our own) then asked 3 times in a row if we wanted else. As I made a comment that we would like to finish our drinks we were told that in a bistrot you should not stay for 3 hours. Which was ridiculous as we hadn’t been there not even for an hour. Read moreAfter reading some of the other negative reviews, and seeing the owner's answers, I can clearly state that, at least in our case, we were aware of the "service fee", we just did not know that they would charge more than what was on the menu (beer was €2 more and one of the dishes €3 more than displayed).
