We finally got to try Zia Esterina Sorbillo and wow—it was absolutely amazing! The pizza was unlike anything we’ve had before. So yum and truly unique, with a flavor and texture that really stands out from the rest. We ordered the Completa al Salame and it was perfection from the first bite to the last. The crust was beautifully fried—crispy on the outside, yet light and airy inside. The salami added just the right touch of spice and richness, balanced perfectly by the creamy cheese and fresh tomato sauce. It’s one of those combinations that leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to go back for more.
What makes this place really special is how different the pizza is compared to the usual—Zia Esterina’s fried pizza style is a must-try for any pizza lover. The quality of ingredients, the care in preparation, and the bold, satisfying flavors make it an experience worth seeking out.
Everyone should try this at least once! Even if you’re used to classic pizza, this offers a new twist that’s just as comforting and delicious, if not more. It’s not just a meal, it’s a memory. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area or planning a trip. You won’t regret it!
Can’t wait to go back and try other options on the menu. Definitely a standout among all the pizzerias we’ve visited so far. Bravo to the team at Zia...

I’ve been living a lie.
A lie I told myself for years: “I don’t like cheese.” I thought I was above it. I settled for basic pizza and dry burgers. I said no to ricotta.
But then I met Zia Esterina Sorbillo in Milan. And my life changed.
One bite of their fried pizza — hot, crispy, stuffed with warm ricotta sent straight from the dairy gods — and suddenly I saw the light. And the bathroom. Several times. But mostly, the light. ✨
Even as someone who is now lactose intolerant (life has a sense of humor), I would sprint through that exact digestive gauntlet again and again for that one, glorious, ricotta-stuffed miracle.
Zia Esterina didn’t just serve me pizza. They served me truth. They served me forgiveness. They served me ricotta redemption.
To the staff: I’m sorry for staring at my food like I was in a romcom. To ricotta: I’m sorry for every time I replaced you with béchamel. To my gut: You’ll never win this battle.
Go here. Eat the fried pizza. Surrender to cheese.

Read moreBufala, Cotto e Parmigiano pizza was pretty good. One pizza is enough for two people if you are not very hungry. I’ve seen people who order a pizza per each person not finishing it. Zucchini blossoms were pretty average to my taste - the cheese filling was not as creamy as I prefer it and was a bit more like cottage cheese. The sauce on the side and rocket salad did not make a lot of sense to me and did not properly complement the taste in my opinion. We ordered Taralli and Spritz and they mentioned that they ran out of taralli so we just ordered Spritz but the price was the same which was a bit disappointing. Overall this place is good but not great. Coperto was 2.5 euro per person. A big advantage it has it working hours - while everything is closed for fiesta, this place is open. This was the reason why we ended up having late lunch there and this is pretty much the reason I can recommend to go there, otherwise there are other interesting spots...
