Spaccanapoli Comfort Suites — Hotel in Naples

Myself husband and daughter 9 have just almost come to the end of our stay with what has to be one of the best places we have stayed. So what makes this place... it has a lift brilliant when you have been on the ho all day. The breakfast is nice and fresh just enough to fuel you for the day. The rooms are complimentary to the building but also contemporary. Location may not be that great looks wise but you are in the centre of everything. Security is good they have cctv in all public access. The decor is brilliant modern and traditional good blend. There is a pool table FREE I MAY ADD since when do you go somewhere where they don't ask you for money. However what really makes this place is the hosts Roberto and Umberto have truly been fantastic they are always happy and professional and nothing is too much for them. We have just done some amazing places and seen some amazing things and we would not have done this without the expert knowledge of the hosts. They saved us a canny penny. First night here the key was broke in the lock downstairs this was fixed within 10 minutes even though they were not on site they were when needed. The rooms are left tidy clean and welcoming , shout out to the 2 cleaners sorry I didn't catch your names they don't bother you they get on with what they do and are also very accommodating. Anyway I could sing the praises of this home away from home for another few paragraphs but what am I clearly trying to say ? Do not look anywhere else if you are looking for an active family holiday with all hotel needs met don't look anywhere else as you'll miss a diamond amongst the stones. We were only here for a short stay but had the nicest time, Umberto and Roberto were brilliant hosts and Umberto even gave us a map and gave us ideas on where to visit and places to eat which was super helpful in a busy city like Naples. The breakfast was good with plenty of options (cakes, rolls, cheese, ham, yogurts etc.)

The rooms were great too (we booked a suite so had a balcony) however one of the bathroom lights did not work and the other bathrooms shower was hand held. the location is great for people who want to explore the city as all main tourist attractions are only a 10-30 minute walk away! we also visited pompeii during our stay which was only an hour away by the metro system.

We had an amazing stay!!! First of all, Umberto and Roberto are very friendly and useful. All their tips and advices were great too. They really take the time for you to have the best stay.||Secondly, the bedroom was large, very nicely decorated, with all you need. All very clean. Bedsheets are made every day.||Third of all, breakfast is very good with different cakes every day, plus bread, croissants, etc. ||At last, neighbourhood is very typical, right in the center. Yes, a bit noisy from time to time, but it is part of his charm. We even saw a religious procession from the hotel room one evening! ||All in one, great value.
