We spent 3 nights in this b&b during the month of May and we found the location to be very convenient and the hosts were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The b&b is located within walking distance of the funicular station and the historical center is small enough that everything is pretty much within walking distance.||||The b&b is located on the second floor of an ancient building so this would not be suitable for mobility challenged individuals as there is no lift, this was in no way an inconvenience to us. We had the comfort room, an average sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The room answered all our basic needs, it was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, the bathroom had a nicely-sized shower with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately during our time in Orvieto the weather was rather cold and it rained almost the entire time we were there so we found the window to be a little drafty and the room somewhat cool and humid but this may very well be the case in all similarly aged buildings.||||There is a fully functional kitchen common area which can be used to prepare meals and there is a lovely rooftop terrace with nice views as well as a second kitchen area beside the terrace but due to the weather we were not able to make use of the terrace.||||Overall our experience was positive, the location excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Hopefully we’ll be able to return at a future time with...
