If you are a non Italian visitor you want to be ignored, treated poorly and want a lottery type payment ( one time it's this price the next time it's a different price) snacks are given to others but not you . Then Palace on Piazza del Popolo is for you. Until this year they were great. Friendly and even though your spoken Italian left a lot to be desired (as long as you made an effort ) you were welcomed and treated fairly. The prices were the same for everyone, they were happy to have you there and you were treated the same as everyone else. I observed that she was more polite and friendly with other customers, particularly those who were not of Latino descent. This inconsistency in customer service left a sour taste in my mouth, and I left the café feeling uncomfortable. I hope the café can work on providing equal and respectful service to all of...
